So my wife had planed for my sons birthday party about 2 months before the jump house was needed. They told her the price, but failed to mention the TOTAL amount. Which includes a «surcharge». So when payment got half was due upfront, again it was half of the subtotal. They were also told that the party was at a park which had no power. The party started at 1PM, they showed up at 12:30 with no way to power the blower for the jump house. So they returned after everyone had already showed up and said that it was an extra $ 35 for the generator. So when all of the extra charges, waiting for them to set up, being charged once again for more extra charges… MWR would have been cheaper. The ONLY reason we went with Aloha Jump is because their quote was cheaper than MWR on Schofield. So when you get a SUBTOTAL quote from them, expect to pay more. Go with renting from the MWR, you get it for the whole weekend.

Top notch products and best in quality of service. The bounce house that I rented for my son’s 1st bday party looked brandnew and was very CLEAN. Coming from a clean-​freak/​germaphobe, these bounce houses were top of the line great. One of the venues that I had checked out to possibly have my party there had recommended Aloha Jump to me (even though I already knew I was going with Aloha Jump from the get-​go). She mentioned that no one else can beat their prices and quality of service. That had just double sealed the deal for me. I would definitely recommend Aloha Jump for all your party rental needs. You won’t be disappointed. I look forward to hiring Aloha Jump again for any future events.
