It’s always concerning when a business outlives its corporate name, or ruins its corporate name with too many bad reviews on sites like Unilocal and Google reviews. So River Side Realty, aka River Edge Realty, is a mom and pop rental agency that gives service just like your mom and pop — if mom and pop are in their 80’s and not really up to performing high maintenance tasks or keeping abreast of that new-​fangled technology like the internet. It’s not that mom and pop aren’t perfectly decent people; it’s just they feel free to tell you they haven’t time to fix your tenant issues today, or tomorrow, or the next… just like your real mom and pop. But not you’d expect if you’d hired a property management firm to take the hassle out of renting!

They advertised for a rental house in Pleasant Valley, But The DIDN’T HAVE A KEY to show it. I went out to look at it, and gave them $ 100 to hold it, TILL I COULD SEE THE INSIDE. Within 24 business hours I changed my mind, they still didn’t have a key. They «he» would not give me back my deposit. What out for their greed.
