Have not played here in awhile. Let me start off by saying $ 16 for nine holes in the winter on the shortest course in Watcom County. Are you kidding me. They boast they are the driest course around, not even close, this course is in horrible shape. The greens are pitted and not very good. And there is swampy ground everywhere. Probably the worst course I’ve played on in recent memory. At this point it’s not worth five bucks. Don’t waste your time on this course.

Delicious Burgers! I order very custom orders and they never fail to deliver a great meal. Plus, the Sweet Potato Fries… YUM!

As far as the food is concerned you can’t beat it in terms of value. Burgers avg 7 – 8 $, sandwiches around the same. Soup is great and changes daily. The sweet potato fries with the chipotle mayo are very good as well. Don’t let the 1 star fool you, this place is CHEAP and well worth visiting: golfing or no.

Played on Dec 30⁄2013 and was very impressed with the condition of this nice 9 hole course. Firstly it is difficult to find a course that both you and your other half can enjoy together. This is one of them, 7 par 4s and 2 par 3s, not long but still a couple opportunities to hit driver if you want. The greens are large and offer a lot of pin positions. The course was in great condition, dry, cut greens and maintained bunkers. We come down to Bellingham and Seattle often and stopping here for a quick 9 will happen often. Great value especially off peak.

Bad food. The view of the golf course is pleasant. Prices are medium /​high for what you get. My wife and I ordered grilled chicken sandwiches. We requested that the meat not be charred. This can be done easily but it takes a little longer. Upon receiving our meals we found them to be charred /​burnt. Literally burnt black! A good portion of the meal could not be eaten. When it was brought to the waitress’ attention, she said «oh well».
The husband and wife owners were not present and I doubt they would have treated us this way. Too bad that they have lost our business because of incompetent staff.
Unfortunate too that when asked, we will tell people about our experience.
