Don’t drive by! Best BBQ around! Brisket, chicken tenders… amazing! I must try the ribs! Great beer selection on tap & bottles. Totally worth the stop coming off the mountain or the drive up 542! And, you can bring your dog! The river trail is right next door!

BBQ ribs among the best I’ve ever had. As was the macaroni salad. Seriously. Lots of taps to choose from, a comfortable vibe, great music, and Scooter — the bartender was fun and engaging. We will be back ASAP!!! A great find.

Stopped here to watch the Seahawk game since it was the first bar outside the cell phone reception dead zone near Mt. Baker. The staff was very friendly and the whole bar even had a potluck for the game which they allowed us to eat for free. The biscuits and gravy was very delicious! They also had 2 large TVs and several smaller ones. Sadly the seahawks lost though…

Had lunch here one afternoon! Walked in and sat at the bar. They offer BBQ Chicken and BBQ Pork sandwiches — I went with the BBQ Pork sandwich, with a side of Potato salad and a caffeine free Diet Coke. Place has a country tavern, old school, dive feel to it — a bit of a rustic feel. Folks here were very friendly! The sandwich was huge — and after adding some sauce to the sandwich — I had to eat it with a fork and knife as it was falling apart on me. Tasty and filling!
