Everyone was extremely helpful. I needed a large box, but they didn’t have the size I needed in stock, so they helped me cut a larger one down to size and add recycled packing material so it would be secure. It could not have been a better experience! I don’t understand the poor review.

Not very helpful about shipping packages without s UPS preprinted label and don’t really care that they are unhelpful. Kind of rude, especially for a commodity service. Back to FedEx!

Do NOT come here for printing services! The staff has not been trained properly & took about an hour to do a very simple print job. After all that time, one item was unusable. Of course the employees were not able to give me a refund that day b/​c the manager wasn’t there. Upon returning for my refund, I had to help the staff & the manager with simple math & calculate my own refund. I will never come back to this store & will look for a more reliable local print shop with competent employees.
