Traci is amazing! She looked at my skin on my first visit and knew right away what was needed to get my skin/​breakouts under control. I have been dealing with skin issues my entire life, so it is a very big deal for me to have happy skin, I only wish I had found her sooner! I have been using Traci’s services for years and I will continue to do so until she retires:)

Terrible customer service. My first appointment started half an hour late — even my physician doesn’t keep me waiting that long! It takes two days to get a call back just to set up an appointment, though their hours indicate that they’re open when I call. The Botox treatment was okay, but the nurse actually «nicked a vein» and I had a bruise even though I don’t bruise easily. But I won’t go back simply because they don’t seem to respect the fact that my time is as valuable as theirs.
