My wife and I went in last Sunday before the Broncos game. The staff was friendly and bartender was great. We were greeted and served within 30 seconds of sitting down. The beer selection was good and food was excellent. They do have a limited menu but everything we had was great. I had the hoagie and being from Philadelphia it was great to see someone in Colorado using Amoroso rolls. My wife had the Rueben and she said it was great. The place has a great atmosphere as well. We will definitely be back

Great place and fun atmosphere! Great local craft beer. Awesome sandwiches, Cuban, Ruban, Italian hoggie, grilled cheese. Spinach and mix greens salads for something light. No fried food like most bars. Medium to high-​in liquor and beers (no cheap wells or light watery beer). 5 TVs to watch sports on.

I’m giving this new beering spot 4 stars. I should give it 5 just to balance out a slightly unfair (in my opinion) review from a fellow Unilocaler, but that’s really not my job. So, here are the facts about this neat little place:
1. Super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable staff
2. Clean, well laid out, and a fantastic ‘feel’ to the place
3. Great view of Bergen Mountain
4. A little pricey. It’s big city pricing in a small town package. But then again, Evergreen is now overrun with big city folk from places like San Francisco and New York, where you just expect to pay $ 11 dollars for a cocktail…
So, all that put together, it’s a really neat place. It does need signage, as it is hard to find. Top floor above the sporting goods store…

I’m really excited for all the new Tap Houses/​Breweries opening in Evergreen. If this were the only one I’m sure it would be fine. It’s just that their menu needs a little variety and improvement if it wants to survive in Evergreen. Add some hot food and more than just deli sandwiches. Prices were good, and beer selection was also good.
I will be back for some beers but will probably skip the food.
