We’ve used this facility for 4 years withour problems making auto payments every month. When we changed our credit card due to the Home Depot security breach we forgot to change it with them. Rather than notify us that there was a problem they let us go delinquent and then locked us out of our unit. When we went to pay, including the penalty(and did so with cash) Bryan was abusive to my wife and told us that he was going to raise our rent so high that we would have to go elsewhere simply because we had questioned his actions. He also indicated that he was happy to be rid of us since our unit was in high demand and he could charge a new renter more money. Then after paying, he took his sweet time taking his lock off the unit so that we could get in. After my wife went back to inform him that the unit was still locked he finally sent another employee to open it. While she was there he threatened to call the police on her if she didn’t get out of his office and kept stating that she was on video. I believe he was trying to scare her and get us to abandon the unit. He also told her that he wanted us out of there which we will gladly comply with. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. We were so concerned about the security of our property that we cleaned the unit out that day. BEWARE before renting from these people!!!

First off I’d like to say this place is awesome! Needn’t a place that was reasonable and safe and this fit the bill! Going through a tough time in our life and needed a place to store our home! They treated us like family! All the other storage places had nothing available or had outrageous prices they were different! Office staff were friendly and even gave my kids candy! Who does that anymore? We would give them a 10 out of 10! Thanks a storage place for making a tough time easier!

Horrible experience. We had made a reservation for a 10×10 storage unit. When we showed up to claim the unit just before our home lease expired it was already rented to someone else. I had previously called the manager Bryan Burton on several occasions to check on our reservation. I was told every time that everything was ok and that if anything came up they would certainly call us first. He did not call and did not care. He then tried to force us to get a larger and more expensive unit we did not need. I asked if we could get it for the same price as the one we had reserved. No. No discount. Nothing. They don’t honor reservations. BEWARE.
