Normally this joint is pretty good. This time I had a bad experience. I ordered the pizza to come at 7:15 because I was watching a movie. They came at 6:30. And they called me instead of knocking. For the food experience it was just as bad. The pizza tastes more like dessert. Also it wasn’t the kind I ordered. Our breadsticks were burnt and we couldn’t bite them. I gave this a 3 because normal they are good.

Don’t do delivery! It doesn’t take long to cook a pizza but the delivery is absolutely horrible! Hours, yes hours later you will receive your order and they always forget something or your food is cold. I don’t know how this place is staying in business. Once I get home from work; I just don’t feel like going outside. I ordered a pizza at 7:54PM and it is currently 10:15PM and I still don’t have a pizza. Yes over 2 hours and no pizza. You might say well it’s Friday so they are really busy. It could be tuesday at 2pm and you still won’t receive your pizza until about 3:30PM even though I live 15 minutes away. HORRIBLE!

This is Pizza Hut. Not room service at the ritz Carlton. When pizza is ordered, a hour to hour and a half wait is typical in this community. I don’t understand the previous reviewers complaints. It takes 24 minutes to cook a frozen pizza for crying out loud! I called for delivery. My food came 40 minutes later. I paid the driver and he left. No drama. My kids ate the pizza and it was delicious. I gave 4 stars and here’s the reason why. I looked on the Pizza Hut website. 2 medium pizzas for $ 10. Was the deal. When I called 2 medium cheese pizzas was $ 19.95. I had to mention the offer I saw online to get the deal. The deal should have been offered without asking for it. I’m sure that is a directive by management to boost revenue. So no offense taken. At chi Tung, they don’t gonna give you free egg rolls you have to ask for them.

The manager«Sara» was the worst example of a manager I have ever encountered. We live 3BLOCKS away and would have picked up our order ourselves, except we were watching the game and opted for delivery instead. The driver showed up an hour and 15 minutes later with our cold order of wings(12 wings total)(yes that all we ordered). After speaking to the driver he admitted to the«incompetence» of that branch and how we was«JUST then told to rush that order out the door». I was of course upset and called the store. The woman I spoke with«Sarah» claimed to be the manager and basically told me that«if we took the wings(which we didn’t) she could only offer us a store credit and not a refund. She was EXTREMELY rude and unaccommodating. She also said that they were«backed up» which no one told us when we placed the order. I asked for a refund and proof of a refund, to which her response was«you can pick up your proof of refund at the store tomorrow morning at 9am». Right! Cuz that’s what I have time for. I asked if she could fax or email the proof and she claimed there was«no way possible to do so». Funny, considering I receive about 12 emails a day from pizza hut including proof of purchase and delivery confirmations when we DO order from them. We will not be ordering from this store any longer as long as «Sarah» is running this horribly incompetent and unprofessional show!
