The customer service here is horrible I walked up to the print counter and wasn’t acknowledged while the worker stood behind the counter and talked. Another lady walked up and we both just stood there and we had to wait until they finished their conversation for them to even acknowledge us and then my order wasn’t ready. When the finally printed my order they just continued with their conversation and told me to go to the front and tell them I had 10 prints. Horrible customer service will not come back here!

I bought a scientific calculator for $ 139.99 for my son who is a high senior from them back in June of 2014. The clerk told me about the extended coverage which I bought to cover item for 2 years. What Office Max didn’t tell me was that the warranty would take effect AFTER Texas Instrument one year warranty, thus my actual coverage would only be for ONE year! I found this out when I called extended coverage folks at Asurion because calculator not charging fully anymore. They told me to call Texas Instruments for help. I talked to Asurion supervisor Melissa and told her that was crap and to refund my money for her company’s bs plan. It seems Asurion is a separate company from Office Max and they sell their bullshit plans to customers of various stores. Avoid Office Max and Asurion if possible. If you must shop Office Max, do not let them talk you into buying one of these useless ass extra warranties.

Wish I could give this no stars… the service alone is ridiculous. They have attitudes, and then get pissed when you ask a question. Had multiple jobs done there, thought that it would get better, guess what? didnt. Jobs were done poorly, when I asked o speak to a manager and was told that I could come back to complain«casue she ain’t here.» customer service NOT.

Brenda the manager at 95th location at evergreen park, ill doesn’t have the etiquette of conversation or courtesy to acquire and ask questions before she jumps to conclusions. IT happened twice and first time she ignored my question and went into an office and pretended she busy, she has a bad attitude and not at all manager job fits her. she doesnt belong there.
