I stumbled upon Fit Code earlier this year when there was a Groupon for 15 bootcamp sessions. I’m active and like to run and do yoga, but I was looking for a different kind of workout so i decided to buy it. At first I was a little scared by the term bootcamp, but then I went to a class and immediately got hooked. You bust your booty and at times you feel like you want to puke, but after 45 minutes of high intensity workouts, you feel absolutely amazing. It’s definitely way better than going to the gym and doing boring cardio and lifting weights by myself. The exercises are different every class and I always feel challenged. Derreck, the trainer at the McCook location, does a great job motivating the class and correcting your form. I’ve gotten a lot stronger and definitely feel more fit from going 2 – 3 times a week. I would highly recommend Fit Code to anyone who is looking to get sweaty after a fast, but effective workout.

If you want results that will last you a lifetime FitCode is the catalyst that will give you the tools to get you where you want to be. This is a real life, modified to what you can do program with real people who are all on different journeys – it’s an extraordinary community that I just can’t get enough of.

Shelton and his team are really motivated to help their clients meet their goals in the gym and out in the supermarket. He takes a positive and motivational approach and really mixes up the exercises to meet everyone’s strengths and works everyone’s weaknesses. Every time you come to class their is something new to get your heart pumping. Great work, Shelton; keep it up!
