We didn’t see a waitress for 25 minutes, hostess informed us of the wait but we didn’t see anyone being served. Hire more staff or evenly spread them so that people won’t have to wait. Customer service is key, you would think this restaurant would know that by now. I won’t bother coming here again, there are plenty fine establishments in this area. Way to go!

I just left this applebees about an hour ago! HORRIBLE service! Avoid at ALL costs!!! We waited 10 mins to be seated and they weren’t that busy. My boyfriend wanted to leave right away but I told him to be patient and give it a chance. Wish I had listened to him. From there to the end was a disaster. The drinks were so weak, you couldn’t taste any alcohol in them. They gave us little chips for our spinach and artichoke dip, we didn’t even bother to ask for more but the dip was actually good. Our waitress Stephanie seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered and didn’t really check on us, the entrees were bleh as well. We couldn’t wait to leave, it was straight torture!!! We had to flag her down to pay until her manager noticed because Stephanie herself was too busy just daydreaming. Sigh wish I could give this –0 stars. Just awful!!! We will never return!

Ate here two days ago and it started off good. It was a Friday night around 8:30p. Wait time was no longer than 10 minutes and the place was pretty packed. It started when I was escorted to my booth and as I walked the pathway was filled with food particles on the floor. Arrived to my booth and it was like someone swept there food off the table and onto the floor under the booth. It was noticed by the staff so I was not seated there but at a small table. Not a problem. However when the staff came over to sweep under the booth, he did about two strokes and saw the food was not budging into the dust pan, he gave up and left it there. Our waitress was OK and knowledgeable about the drinks and menu but her sentence structure was very very very bad. I had to ask her several times to repeat what she was saying. I ordered, and the drinks came, but the food never made its way out for about thirty minutes. When I got her attention to inform her she said he didn’t bring it out yet? The food came rushing out Incorrectly. She looked at her note pad and saw it was the wrong food. So I waited again for about ten minutes. My appetite slipped away and I just wanted dessert by this time. I ordered dessert and it came out quick. No complaints on the dessert. Time to pay and the receipt is wrong. I inform her and she says I might have charged those other people with the wrong food but they gone now. I looked and stared with no words. I got a new receipt, paid and left. I will not be returning to that foolery again.

Service was great our waitress was friendly and effficent . The lunch combos they offer however are complete trash. Granted i really don’t expect much from a chain restaurant pushing $ 10 combos but man at least let it be edible . We had watery spinach and artichoke dip . Dry buffalo wings . Flavorless shrimp linguine coupled with an obviously fresh out of the freezer garlic roll . Also the margaritas had zero liquor . Never again.

Great service. Good food. Will was our server. He did an excellent job of being attentive and polite. He read back our order to us to ensure he got it correct. Couldn’t ask for more from them.

One wait for salad and soup. We had to leave for scheduled appointment, but manager refuses to let the waitress box. Waitress was great, but manager unable to effectively manage the kitchen and expedite orders. Everyone else around us got food, i know ppl say that all the time, but literally all the other tables including those seated more than 20 minutes after us received food. Bartender clueless about drink mixes, took her almost 20 minutes to find the recipes. This was my 3rd time with the same experience… never again! My hot lipton tea was delicious :)

Worst service ever and the food was terrible. We were completely ignored and had to ask for our waitress. She never did show up. The hostess came over and had to take our order. We waited almost an hour for our food and 1 person in our party had to wait even longer. We didn’t order anything complicated. No one brought water or even asked us if we wanted any. When we finally did get our food, my potatoes were uncooked and the soup was lukewarm. I had to call the manager over and she offered to take the two soups off the menu. Not enough in my opinion. My cedar plank salmon was so salty I could hardly eat it. The fish and chips were mealy and there was way too much garlic on the shrimp. I will never go back and I would advise everyone else to do the same. I’m so disappointed because this Applebee’s is in my neighborhood and we don’t have much here but fast food joints. I’m very sad.

1 Star for Management, 4 Stars for Bar Tender«Virginia» and other Wait Staff: Wednesday evening around 5:00 pm… I walk in and I actually greet the host as he texts away, then I inform him on where I’d be sitting… yep, I greeted the greeter. Upon arriving at the bar, no bar tender, yet management(appeared) to see me walk in but continued huddling in the normal corner tables(hood break room)…here’s an idea Applebee’s, develop a normal break room like 99 percent of other companies, one that’s not occupying 2 x customer tables where customers could see the staff in truest form. After 7 minutes of sitting unattended-to, I yelled out to anyone listening«is anyone working the bar?!» The manager went in the back and got the bar tender. I eventually brought up my issues about the host(random dude wearing a Apple Bee’s shirt texting), to the manager, in which he proceeded to argue with me(or go back-and-forth to be more accurate). Why are you the manager making excuses and trying to defend himself. Not once did he address the issue with the host not greeting nor informing the bar tender there was a customer. I had to provide on-site training that the only correct response is everything other than arguing/going back and forth with the customer trying to justify your position. Clearly there is a lack of training amongst management which unfortunately, trickles down to some of the employees; ultimately falling on the manager, whether you new I was being attended to or not. For a manager, to not know there’s an addition to his bar sitting unattended too and make excuses is unacceptable and a serious problem… this situation was handled wrong! I can’t help but to blame corporate. 4 Stars: Now, the bar tender, Virginia… awesome! True professional in every sense, thanks for helping management keep a customer somewhat happy. Not bad on the eyes either :) Food: Good hot wings, well seasoned, props to the«back of the house,» thanks for helping management. I would however suggest finding a better way of presenting the celery other than me having to throw them a life raft to save them from drowning in the sauce shivering at the bottom of the pack! Surprisingly enough the staff functions, despite the weak management. Hosts are one of the most important factors in a restaurant, it is paramount they are on point at all times, they should greet every customer, and even go as far as opening the door in the process. Reading reviews, how is management still an issue? Why are 1 star reviews«un-responded too»??

Went there on New Years day, the serviec was terrible. I had to ask for water which arrived five minutes later no ice. My drink arrived ten minutes later the appetizer arrived three minutes before the entrée. There is a guy serving who is extreamly over weight walking around sweating using a rag to wipe sweat from his face and neck while handeling plates. My son has food alergies, his meal arrived withfood items in it that should not have been there. I glad he is mindful about what he eats. SKIPTHISRATHOLE. go to TGI Fridays instead

Horrible, horrible, horrible service! 20 minutes for water, 20 minutes for tea, appetizer came out at the same time as meal, check took forever to arrive. The waiter just couldn’t seem to keep up, poor thing. It was a Saturday, the place was packed and they were short staffed so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. But it was still a pretty bad experience.

We went here on Tuesday, 9⁄30 at 6:30 pm and this is the WORST establishment I have ever been to! It took them an hour to seat us and then we sat for another our. Service was terrible. We sat at the bar to eat and watch part of of the game Sunday night. He complained about everything to the severer right in front of us. He did a great job to make us feel like we were not welcome to be there. I’ll never go back. I don’t know how this is one of the ones that stayed open. At one point the manager(or assistant manager) was right there with him. This is place is so sad.

I’m guessing the older reviews haven’t been back because Saturday lunch here was an awesome experience for me and my wife! The greeters opened the door for us and had the table ready as soon as we got there. The food was good but the real treat was our waitress. I wish I could remember her name! She worked the north booths on 10÷05÷13. Anyway she was nicest, sweetest waitress we’ve ever had! We will definitely go back!

Eh, it’s a chain restaurant. Nothing awesome or anything to make note of. I will say that the service here is a little different than other Applebee’s. It’s not bad service, just typical of a busier restaurant. Waitstaff doesn’t have time to hold your hand and listen to your life story. Not that they should. My food arrived on time, hot and how I ordered it. I got plenty of refills. No complaints.

HORRIBLE! I’ve tried this location several times in hopes that things will get better and not travel to Crestwood, but it hasn’t. One night, some friends and myself visited this location after rehearsal. Granted its late and I understand that you want to go home but this is your job. We were seated quickly but took 15 minutes just to get water…20 to place our order. Actually, it took so long, I looked up the number, called the location, asked to speak with a manager and told her that we had been sitting for 20 minutes wating on someone to take our order. When the food finally arrived, in another 30 minutes, it was cold… we were done and all the manager did was not charge us tax!

went here 4 lunch the other day & had to wait at least 5 minutes before we got seated. a waitress walked past us &STILL didnt ask 2 seat us. wtf?! once we were seated our waitress was cool & attentive to our needs. we ordered the apple cinnamon turnover with vanilla ice cream which was pretty tasty! we tried the 2 for $ 20 even though the selection of entrees were not that great. we both ordered a chicken with pasta entrees & they were just ok, nothin special. the buffalo wings appetizer were better than the entrees. i havent written off applebees jus yet, but mayb we may have 2 try other foods on the menu instead.

Yikes… My boyfriend and I were looking to catch a later dinner, maybe a glass of wine… this Applebees just happened to fit the bill — or so we thought. We walked in and were seated quickly enough, and waited about ten minutes for someone to even come over(which in most circumstances, would be unexcusable, but we were taking our time at looking over the menu). When our waitress came up, she says(direct quote) — «Do you know what you want?» — in the snidest, most apathetic tone you can imagine(think of a snotty Fran Drescher). We were so shocked that we were speechless. We both sat there slack jawed before we could muster up «waters», so we could get enough time to jet-set outta that place. Sorry lady, didn’t mean to screw up your schedule, you obviously have more important things to do than MAKEMONEY. We walked out. And will NEVER go back…
