Well I admit that I screwed up by missing two appts. for consultation. This business is not up-​to-​date. They do not email for example. I do everything on email.
After calling back, they rudely told me not to come back or call. Ok with me. I found a better cutter in Bellevue. See Dr. Egrari instead of coming to these cocky snotheads.

I have been a loyal patient of WWMG/​Lumina Skin for several years. Cari and Lori have been the best patient support team that I could ever ask for. Their knowledge and exemplary customer service is the best I have experienced in the industry. Dr. Ashbach is the driving force behind this great company and is a genius when it comes to all things facial. My skin looks better now than it did in my twenties. Cari and Lori keep me apprised of any and all discounts and specials, which I appreciate immensely. The pricing is already fair: well below industry average. Receiving additional discounts on the services is the icing on the cake. I look forward to my next visit for filler and Botox.

Lumina Skin Care of Everett was first recommended to me several years ago by one of the leading dermatologists in the U.S., Dr. Mark Valentine. As a long-​time high altitude mountaineer, I had sustained considerable skin damage caused by a number of severe sunburns.
Indeed, the IPL (Intermittent Pulse Laser) treatments offered by Lumina were of great benefit in reversing this damage. I am grateful to Carrie and Lori for their encouragement along the way, for this is more of a journey than a destination.
Finally, I look forward to meeting Dr. Ashbach and having even more extensive work done, where necessary.
