UPMC Bedford Memorial Emergency Department

As an Outpatient, I had a routine colonoscopy performed at UPMC. The preparation at home the day before the procedure is torture and so on the day of the colonoscopy one is, to say the least, not in the best of moods! However, I am very happy to say that ALL of the Doctors, Nurses, and Secretaries who I met that day at UPMC were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. It was very obvious that they were working very hard to make me feel at ease and their professional attitude made me feel confident that I was getting the best possible care, and I was! The procedure was done flawlessly and fortunately with good results for me. I of course do not look forward to having this procedure done again in the future but at least I know that I will be in good hands when it is done again by the knowledgeable, professional and caring Staff at UPMC Bedford Memorial. Thank you Doctors, Nurses, and Secretaries!!!
