I’d give it two stars for the nice service if not for the godawful pizza and bread sticks. Never in my life have I thrown a pizza away. I couldn’t imagine the left overs tasting somehow worse than this pizza tasted«fresh».

The garlic knots are so good and the specialized root beer is like a root beer barrel. So good! But the best is I think this is the only 18″ pizza joint. Hello NYC in Everett!!! We love all the pizza’s trying the chicken garlic today…

Amazing food and amazing people. The root beer on tap is the equivalent to liquid candy. It makes such a different having food done from scratch in the restaurant. if you come to the hat trick you must try the garlic knots because it is not the full experience without them. if not come for the garlic knots then definitely come for the company. during the day is the best time to come in, get great food, and have awesome conversations with the staff. also i took the little girl i nanny here and she loved it. very kid friendly with coloring and all. haven’t seen her eat a meal as well as she did here. so remember GARLICKNOTS! and enjoy :)

The garlic knots and root beer are awesome! The pizza is okay… I like thicker crust myself. The prices are way too high. You shouldn’t spend $ 70 bucks for two people at a pizza joint…

OMG! Hat Trick has the best veggie pizza I’ve had ANYWHERE! Love the super thin crispy crust and its great variety of vegetables. Keep up the great work!

We went in before the Tips game tonight. Very friendly manager type guy greets us at the door, seats us, and gives menu. I wish I could tell you more, but that’s it. Noone said a word to us for the next 15 mins. I wish I could tell you something about the food, but I just can’t. Other people came in after us, got drinks etc. I guess 2 people sitting at a table with only menus is the norm for the waitress that walked past us 4 times. Can’t even give them credit for being slammed as there were at least 3 empty tables. We got up and left. Brooklyn Bros up the street made up for the cold shoulder at Hat Trick.

Gotta luv new flavors; As a usual New York pizza lover, I was asked to try Hat Trick by a coworker and give them a chance to show me a good pizza, not necessarily New York style… Very friendly greeting, three of us at noon on a Thursday; good explanation of beverages, nice atmosphere. I ordered the medium cheese only; coworkers got some combo pizzas. Sauce, cheese, and dough tasted very fresh, they seem to buy local to support the community. Guy kept making sure our experience was good, without being annoying. Split the last slice of chocolate cheesecake(homemade) that brought levels of satisfaction that are illegal in the southwest. To top it off, as a Air Force retiree, he took 15% off of our bill. And the last word is… no, not traditional New York style, but yes, very tasty pizza and phenomenal service!

Excellent pizza, beer selection, and service. A gem of a find – everything’s local and genuine. We’ll be back – to try cheesecake and some of the fantastic looking sandwiches next time. Or maybe we’ll come for spaghetti night. Looks like we’ll be making multiple trips.

We had to wait a very long time for a table and our food, but it was worth it. The garlic knots were the best. Don’t go before a Silvertips game, though.

My husband and I went here for lunch and I must say I was very impressed. We wanted to try a couple of things to get a better idea of what the menu was like so we ordered enough to take home for dinner for the kids. We tried the white sauce chicken pizza which was phenomenal and the BBQ sauce pizza which I thought was good but a bit sweet for our taste. The philly sandwich was GREAT! as was the garlic knots as an appetizer. They have Big E Root Beer on tap which is really good be aware though they charge by the glass no refills on that one but well worth the price. The service was above average and made the whole experience a 5star. I read another review that said how bad it was my guess is that since they are ½ a block from the Comcast Arena that it was an event night and they would have been packed. All of the Great businesses in that area would have slower service on those nights. Thursdays are buy one get one half off and Fridays they have a good family special.

My family and I went in for dinner, was one of the best dinning experiences I’ve had in a very long time. The Pizza is cooked to perfection, the staff was very knowledgeable, polite and quick to make sure we were retreat like family. We felt like it was a great family resentment. We now go all the time. There Pizzas are the best I’ve tasted in town and I love the Philly cheese Stakes. For desert we had their home made cheesecake, nothing in this area can come close to the flavor. They told us that each week is new cheesecake and with hokey season starting they will often give out free tickets to the game. We are now friends with them on Facebook just to see what deals they have going on, what cheesecakes are out and how the place is. A true family place, just love it.

I have to be honest I was headed to Brooklyn Brothers Pizza and they were closed so I walked up the street to see what else was open pizzeria wise. I walked into the Hat Trick and was greeted very warmly by the owner. He told us to sit anywhere we wanted. I was with my boyfriend. We got menus right away and our beer was served right after we ordered it. The owner was very laid back and friendly and talked and joked with us. We ordered our pizza and were waiting for it when my boyfriend and I got into a HUGE fight. He ended up getting up and leaving me at the restaurant. It was very embarrassing but the owner was totally sympathetic and accommodating. I asked to get my pizza to go and he made no issue out of it. He even offered to give me a ride home if I needed it. He was super nice about the whole thing and could tell I was upset so he offered me a free coke to help me feel better. I didn’t get to try the pizza until later when I got home but it was fantastic! Good food and really great service. A really crappy situation was made better because of the good people who own and run this place. I will be a life long customer.

This was my first trip into the Hat Trick… based on referral. I was in search of the perfect pizza. This is actually a pretty good place. The pizza’s are all created with fresh ingredients down to the ground beef; they make their own. I hear raves about the cheesecake as it is homemade by the owner’s wife. I filled up wth pizza… no room for the wicked!

Maybe it’s unfair of me to go only two stars but I am a pizza snob. This place has turned over to a new owner. While I give them a thumbs up on how they have brightened the place up with adding lights over the tables and some other improvements. Gone are the salutes to the Silvertips. Anyway, we had our usual pizza the enforcer on Thursday night. Only to find out they no longer have ½ price pizza on Thursday. Bummer. During this economy people can use an enticement. Also, if there is an event going on — such as the circus you can’t order from the entire menu. They have a specific event menu to order from. The other weird thing they aren’t open on Saturdays or Sundays. I can understand Sunday but Saturday just seems weird to me. Okay getting back to the pizza — it looked kind of the same but the sauce is definitely different. It’s sweeter and it just didn’t taste right with pepperoni and the other meat. We kept trying to find things good about the place — the owner was friendly, the service was good, free refill on pop but the pizza, made the big difference for me. I used to rate this right up there with Giorgio’s but for 30 some odd dollars I won’t be coming back I’ll go to my number one pick.

Went on a Thursday night w/family in tow. Had heard about half price pizza night and good fare, so I figured I would feed my herd and try this place out. It is a fairly small, independent joint a couple of doors down from Comcast arena in Everett. What this place lacks in sophistication, décor, and in your face service it makes up for in quality, price, availability of good food, and genuine family atmosphere. Overall good pizza, not spectacular, but a good, solid pizza with fresh ingredients. The crust was the highlight, it is thin and has fairly crispy edges around the outside. The sauce was simple, but tasty. The cheese was good quality and ample. We tried the Zamboni and a pepperoni and olive pizza. The Zamboni had a good amount of ingredients, but they were chopped up fairly small, so it was hard to get the taste of a single element at a time. The pepperoni was a bit greasy, but fold that slice in half to mitigate any spillage and resulting soiling of your clothing. The owner was behind the counter cooking and was very polite and attentive. They have a decent selection of beers, and have Thomas Kemper root beer on tap, which was appreciated by my chilluns. Overall — we will be back, even on non-discount night. It is a good offering of pizza with a heaping helping of non-corporate pizza chain atmosphere that we all enjoyed. **50% off pizza on Thursday(family of 5 ate for $ 30, including tip) ***extra 15% discount for military(even on top of 50%)

I very rarely venture out to Everett, but we were heading to a casino in Marysville and thought it would be cool to stop off and see what is around. So, this place is absolutely rad. The owner and his son were working and you could tell that they put everything that they have into the place. The décor and overall theme is hockey. Each pizza is named after something related to the game. It may seems a bit cheezy(no pun intended), but it is endearing as it fits the family vibe well. We bought a large Hat Trick pizza which had almost everything on it and was awesome! That and a side of garlic breadsticks went a very, very long way. After dinner, we still had about 6 breadsticks and 6 slices of pie leftover! I would recommend this place to anyone who can appreciate a small, family run pizza joint.

This place has some great pizza! My brother and I stopped by here on the way to a Silvertips game. He had been there before and was eager to go again. I was pleasantly surprised and am looking forward to coming back again. The location is fantastic! It’s like two doors down from the Comcast Arena, so it’s a perfect place to stop and grab some pizza before a game. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is great. The pizza is definitely greasy, but in a «OMG it’s so good, I just want to sop up every bit with my crust and eat it all!» kind of way. Love the brick walls and the Tips memorabilia everywhere!

I heard this place was open so I stopped by to try a slice. They were out of slices but the Chef offered to make a pizza and give me a slice out of it. He even asked what I wanted. This is the old Papi’s location with new ownership and they are working to update it. I chatted with the new owner for a while and I like what he’s trying to do. The more local independent pizza places around the better for everyone. The slice was OK, a little greasy for my taste but not bad. The sauce was good, not overpowering. They use the huge pepperoni slices and for some reason I prefer the smaller ones. Personal preference I guess. Large cheese 18″ is $ 13.99, toppings are $ 2.05 each. Slices are $ 3.49. They have some cool specials worth trying too. I plan on eating here several times and I will update my review. Good luck to these guys. I think they will do fine.
