Susan is AMAZING! I ran across Susan YEARS BACK and I ordered a tile memory box from her as a gift to my mom for her birthday. I put her 2 dogs that had passed away on it. Susan was very wonderful at communicating and sending proofs to make sure it was what you wanted before it was made, the quality was awesome! I was so happy with it and my mother loved it! So much actually i ran into her at the farms market in Everett one Sunday and told her how much i still loved her items :) I plan to order more items from her in the future
