I came here the day after Christmas around 10:30am, they weren’t busy when I came in at all so I put in my order for 2 drinks and then sat at a table right next to the area where they hand out finished drinks after. I was on my phone so I didn’t realize that I have been waiting for about 10 mins and I noticed that about 4 people that were behind me got their drinks already! So I went back to the barista that took my order and said I haven’t gotten my drinks and she was like«maybe someone took your drinks» and I was like«no, I didn’t even hear them» and she told her coworker to make my drinks pronto. THEN when they finally made my drinks, the barista mistaken my Green Tea Latte(GTL) for a Gingerbread tea latte so I had to wait another 5 mins for my 2nd drink. Service has ALWAYS been slow here whether i order in store or through the drive thru, but this experience was definitely my last straw, prob not going back here again.

Well, it took 12 minutes from the time I ordered my drink to get the first attempt finished. The barista was pretty busy chatting with her coworker so she got my order wrong. I corrected it when she called it out and handed it to me. She gave me a bit of attitude and remade the drink. She called it a second time, still reading the order wrong and I asked if it was what I ordered or what she called out. She assured me it was correct with even more attitude. I have to say that Starbucks is really going downhill. It’s an indulgence that I don’t HAVE to spend my money on. I can make coffee or tea at home. The customer service at the local Starbucks(multiple locations) is terrible. And they are really really slow. If I’m spending $ 5-$ 6 on a drink, please treat me with respect and try to actually make the drink I order!

For the first time I have had a positive experience at this location. I usually don’t visit two days in a row but I did this weekend and this morning the girl remembered my drink order.4pump soy chai with no water. I didn’t get her name, but she rang me up about 705am this morning. If the manager knows who this is she deserves a high five, so far the best employee I have ran into at this location. This is my new favorite store! The team is so friendly and fast! I used to come to this location years ago but stopped for a while because it was slow! The new management is awesome! Great job Starbucks with the renovation! The store is beautiful. The property manager could do a better job with the maintenance of the entire building and parking lot. I will always stop in the morning on my way to work and mobile order and pay, even if I’m running a little late!

Rude and slow. Like most others on here my experience was slow and awful. I went thru the drive thru and it was pretty busy. When I got near the speaker or when it was«my turn» the car in front of me was still blocking it but I could kind of hear the girl asking me for my order. I tried to give it but she clearly couldn’t hear me because she kept talking over me in this snappy, annoyed voice, «Are you ready? Order when you’re ready…» by the time I pulled up to the actual speaker I could see both the cashier and the order taker whispering and laughing up at their little window. And watching me. I didn’t get a greeting or a what can I get you, just a rude, «Are you ready now?» I placed my order. Didn’t get a thank you or a total. Pulled up to the smirky window girl and paid. Then the drink took 4 minutes. For as annoyed and rushed as she seemed taking the order it’s like they didn’t even start it. It was an iced soy latte nothing fancy or tedious. It was so weird because whatever negative experience I’ve had at any starbucks which have been very rare… it’s never rude employees. Just drink mix ups or slow service. They’re usually so nice. But this was just obnoxious.

Like other Unilocalers, I agree that this location is pretty darn slow. And when you’re getting a «quick» cup of coffee or some other beverage, unless it’s something fancy and difficult to make, it shouldn’t take a really long time. Hell, sometimes you can get through a McDonald’s drive thru faster than this Starbucks, and they’re actually COOKING food(unless of course it’s under a heat lamp). Anyways, the service has always been über friendly here. I’ve come through ordering decaf coffees most often(aside from the odd iced chai) and I’ve had to wait because drip decaf coffee takes a few minutes to brew and they seemingly have never had a pot made when I’ve stopped for one. So, I’ve had to park out front and they bring me the coffee. One time they told me to order a decaf Americano so I didn’t have to wait — but since I’m not the one drinking the decaf coffee I really don’t know what the difference is besides the wait time. One thing I really appreciate about this location — and I wish I could remember the staffer’s name — is that I asked for an iced chai with non-dairy milk, assume soy was my only option. Alas, I was wrong and I was told they also had coconut milk(!!!). Um, yes please! Heaven sent. Lastly, one time I did order myself a decaf coffee(yes, had to wait again) and asked for non-dairy creamer. Once again they offered coconut milk, to which I jumped on board that bandwagon right quick. When the coffess were brewed, the gal brought them out to my vehicle in a tray. And the coconut creamer? It FILLED a tall to go beverage cup. In theory I don’t mind waiting at this location, but at the end of the day they do need to pick up the pace at the drive thru.

Slow, slow, slow, slooooooooow drive-thru. C’mon Starbucks, please fix this! I live 5 minutes from this Everett Mall Way Starbucks, but I will usually go 10 minutes out of my way to patronize the one on 132nd& Seattle Hill Road because it always ends up being faster — even with the added distance. I know, I know… «first world problems»… but here’s the deal: I go to Starbucks almost every day. I plan my commute based on the morning stop for coffee. I don’t mind if I arrive at a drive-thru to find 10 cars ahead of me. No big deal. As long as the line moves! And if there are only a few vehicles ahead of me, well then, hey, it’s my lucky day! Today, I decided I’d give the Everett Mall Way Starbucks drive-thru another try(after avoiding it for over a month). We pulled in and there were only 4 cars ahead of us. Bingo? NOT! It took almost 15 minutes to get through that drive thru. I honestly have no idea why(or how) it could have taken so long. On the positive side, the store is in a great location; the staff are always friendly and polite; the store grounds appear clean and kept up. And, most importantly, the food and drinks were good, It seems that Starbucks needs to get some training to the staff at this location. Really. It is that simple. The other two drive-thrus I frequent — 132nd/Seattle Hill Rd and the one on 120th in Bothell’s North Creek Plaza — both run like well-oiled machines. Always. And they always have long lines.

This Starbucks is awful. As someone who used to manage a Starbucks as well as worked at one for several years the level of customer service, cleanliness, and speediness of the store is ridiculous. Every time I come through the drive-through it takes at least 15 minutes to get my coffee. I am were talking about nonrush hours(10:47AM). The staff is mediocre and when you mention about the service they brush it off. I was actually told that I could call corporate one time because I expressed concerns about the quality of my beverage. I drive out of my way to go to another Starbucks or I simply go to Bigfoot Java to avoid going to this Starbucks.

When we go here. They never have the spinach Savery squares. And I order it then get to the window and every time«Uh we don’t have the spinach squares do you want something else instead» and then it took over 3 minutes to cook the ham and cheese square so we were just sitting there in the parking lot waiting. It’s like come on people. Get your shit together.

I have been to this location several times since moving to the Everett area and this is my favorite. The staff are friendly and the store is conveniently located. There are several outdoor seats with pillows as well as the metal chairs and tables. Inside the store, the atmosphere is great. Despite the small size of this location, there are plenty of chairs and three outlets to plug in electronics(this is more than several other locations). The wifi is always fast and easy to access. I have never experienced trouble. I usually go there for several hours at a time to sit and surf the web. I have seen others playing games and they don’t seem to have trouble with the connection speed. I have also watched netflix and not had trouble. There is also never any pressure to leave. The only reason this location is not a 5 star is because the store has off-site temperature control. Unfortunately, this means that during the summer, it is often freezing cold even when it is a cooler day. BRING A JACKET! Otherwise, this store is great!

I’ve been to a few drive thru Starbucks and this one is the best. Yes, it’s a little slow but the coffee is always better than the last and it’s the best drive thru Starbucks. The waiters don’t bother you and ask you stupid questions while you’re waiting for your drinks. They get shit done. The night time is the best time to go, they add extras in your drink and make it better. This Starbucks is really great. Everyone is always nice too.

It’s an average Starbuck’s. I have been in a few times, but there is no place like home(aka«my» Starbucks down the road). They never seem to remember me even if I am in twice in the same day. Maybe since they are near the mall and potentially get less regulars. They are open a little later than the other locations locally(5am to 10pm) so they make a good place to stop at night.
