Sos Crawl Space Insulation

I called and asked for an estimate and he came out the next day. He was running 10 minutes late and he called– which is perfectly respectful. I showed him what the home inspector said and he went down there to take a look and gave me an estimate. It was a bit of a leap of faith just going with that estimate (about $ 800) without getting another estimate, but in between the work and the estimate, I talked with a neighbor who had work done on her crawl space and she said she paid over $ 2500 using clean crawls. So I was pretty happy at that point with cost.
He then arrived right on time on work day and I had him take pics of before and after and he did awesome! All the sagging insulation and blank spots were now insulated and tied up perfectly. The moisture barrier was fixed as well and looked great!
