I actually do love this bar. You can’t get any better ambiance than this in Downtown Everett. The only issues I have are 1. Poor customer service and 2. False advertising. Unless you are sitting at the bar it takes forever to get a drink. And, don’t go online to see what there hours are because they always are closing early. The bartenders are always complaining about how slow it is. Well, maybe if you treated your customers with a little respect they might want to come back. Just saying.

I love brunch at this place. Their Bloody Mary is amazing but it can be a little too spicy so I ask for them to tone it down a little. They have great blended juices and I love all the food I have tried so far. I really don’t see how coming here is ever a bad plan.

The food lacked flavor. Don’t go on a Tuesday– unless you want tacos. Looking at these reviews, most people hang out on the patio versus eating.

Ignore all the bad reviews. This place is great little restaurant. Service was fantastic and was the food. Fun, cozy, great spot for dinner. Our server was Nick. He had great recommendations and fantastic service! Can’t wait to come back!!!

This place doesn’t look like much on the outside but it’s great on the inside! Unique menu — something for everyone, excellent prices, and friendly service. Can’t go wrong with a $ 12 carafe of sangria. I don’t come to Everett very often but if I did I would frequent this place.

My family went here a couple of days ago. I had the pork belly sandwich, my daughter had the grilled cheese and my husband had the Cubana. The food is excellent, no complaints there. On the other hand the waitress seemed to be so preoccupied that I felt like we weren’t important. They were«Getting ready for Taco Tuesday.» So I guess that means they forget to bring drinks to us. The water was tap, and odd tasting. They refused to replace french fries on my daughters meal for bananas with out charging us more money which would of been fine but she walked away from us. The kids meal was as big as my husband and mines. The OJ they served my daughter was from concentrate although they claim it’s fresh. It did not taste fresh at all. My husband is Cuban. He asked her simple questions about the food since it’s «Authentic Cuban food» and the lady that served us had no idea what he was talking about, which was mildly annoying. $ 55 for a meal that would of cost me and my family $ 15 to make at home and we felt like we weren’t important enough for them because of «Taco Tuesday»(The restaurant was empty…) We might go back, but not for a while.

This evening my mom brother and I came here for dinner. We were highly disappointed in the service food and beverages. Everything was absolutely horrible, my moms food came out cold, mine was very bland, and the server forgot to put in my brothers food but we continued to pay for it due to lack of questioning about our meals. The servers used poor excuses to tables around us as to why there were so many mess ups such as the kitchen was overwhelmed or something someone else did. The servers had much confusion as to who was taking care of who and made us feel very awkward and uncomfortable. The entrée my mom ordered was shredded chicken on rice and mixed in was a bone that wasn’t supposed to be there. Everything was just very horrible and it’s so disappointing because it used to be our favorite spot to go to however we will never be back.

I was looking for something on the light side and the Rucula con Calabaza did not disappoint. Everything was fresh and good, and the green chickpeas were a nice touch. A great mix. I’ll definitely eat here again. Thanks Sol Food!

To avoid Everett traffic on our way to Camino Island we decided to pull off the road and go to Sol Food & Grill. We were greeted by Kate who promptly informed us that she speaks menu. Full and satisfied, Kate does speak menu as she described several dishes and the food was as delicious and colorful as Kate’s descriptions. Thank you for the friendly service and good food.

Got into Everett late and fortunately found this place was open until 10pm(most other places were closed by 9pm on Monday). Glad we ended up coming here! Had happy hour going form 9−10pm and was able to get a cuba libre and a hand-cut fries/cheese/chorizo dish for under $ 10. First off the Cuba Libre here was excellent. They aren’t joking around or doing the thing where they make a crappy Bacardi rum-and-coke and toss a lime wedge on top and call it a Cuba Libre. This was a proper drink with equal parts lime juice and coke and made with a shot of Appleton rum — delicious and under $ 4 as a happy hour special. Their home-made fresh fries are excellent as well. This would have been a 5-star review based on what I had, but my friend’s cubano was only mediocre — it looked and tasted very bready without enough toasting. I’d definitely come back during happy hour again some time. Great spot to grab a drink and a snack!

Great local spot. It’s a shame more people don’t explore food options like this. Amazing service by the kid with the long hair. Food was top notch and the over all experience was splendid. I would highly recommend this place. Get outside your comfort zone! Great music to boot!

This place is awesome! The theme is not your typical restaurant look and the food is awesome! Our waiter suggested a red sauce with my rice which put my experience over the top! I already mention this place to a few friends because I know they will love it too.

I was introduced to this little gem by my nephew who lives in the area. Street front signage is not very big or visible. Once inside, the environment is rustic brick and wood with a vintage bar along the back wall. Menu features many Latin and South American dishes. Food is fresh and unique. Taco Tuesday is awesome with tasty little street tacos in 6 – 8 variations. The hand cut fries are a great addition to any dish! Service is prompt and polite, but weekends can get busy and the kitchen gets backed up causing longer waits. Beer options are basic, but nice to see local beers on tap. This is a nice option to pre-funk before a Silvertips game down the street.

We almost walked right by this place — it looks like a dive bar from the outside. Glad we didn’t — it’s my new favorite in Everett. The inside is welcoming, brick walls and a good vibe. I had a Pisco Sour, which was excellentl. Very interesting menu with a wide variety of Peruvian and Cuban. We ordered the chili rubbed steak over fries with an excellent herb mix drizzled over it. Cooked perfectly. The only down side is the service was s bit slow because the bartender also waited tables. Very friendly and helpful, but you can only do so much. We’ll definitely be back.

I really enjoyed they had a vegan option for me. What I ordered was OK… I do wish it came with maybe tortillas. The carrots though were not cooked very well so it threw the dish off. I couldn’t finish it. They do give large portions but I felt money was wasted since it wasn’t cooked very well. My biggest disappointed was Service was sooooo slow. It took 10 minutes to get our drinks and there was only 1 other table when we first got there. Took another 20 min to get our food ordered and another 45 for our food to arrive… The service was great though… the staff was friendly.
