Very very happy with our new bed! Christina was so helpful and friendly. She gave us plenty of time and space to discuss our options and was never pushy. She even price checked other stores for the same mattresses to make sure we were getting the best deal possible. Absolutely amazing service, cannot say enough good things about Christina. Now that we’ve had our bed for a few months and have it broken in it was the perfect choice for us and we are getting much better sleep. We will defiantly be back when we are due for an upgrade.

I decided to go in after seeing their July 4^th sales ad on tv. I was a bit frustrated with the website so ended up going in person. Though I do prefer to shop online, I had a great experience with Andrea there and I did end up buying a queen size bed. She was very nice and very helpful, showed me many options on not just the bed, but also my pillow and sheets. Was it a bit more than I wanted to spent, of course, but they always are! and not just at this store. But it is a good bed, and a good investment for the next 10 years of sleep and it would have cost me more elsewhere. If it’s possible to update this I will after it’s been delivered tomorrow.

My daughter and I visited Mattress Discounters and received the best possible service we could have hoped for. We were complimented on our knowledge of mattresses and in no way felt we were being pushed into buying anything. We are getting it delivered to my daughters new apartment so we won’t even have to move it at all. I will be purchasing my next bed from them as well as a mattress for a friend that is moving here from London. Great service from Chris (?) I think that was his name. Got a great deal. Delivery was ontime and a breeze. I finished making my payments within the 6month requirement without any problems with the lender or website. Will def recommend to a friends and family!

We just bought a mattress from shari here. She did a great job finding what our needs were and having us try several until we found the right fit. She never tried to sales pitch one to us and i appreciated that. It was all about finding one that supported our bad backs. We were happy with the price and quick delivery service. My dad bought a mattress from their store in poulsbo last year while i was with him and that girl was great as well so it seems they really train well here.

My wife and I had been mattress shopping for a little while and decided to stop here on our search. When we went in we were met by Emily Vandersanden, who spent a couple of hours with us, showing us all the different options available to us. We tried multiple mattresses’ until we found exactly what we were looking for. It was not the most expensive one available, but it fit our needs to a «T». No hard sell or“used car salesman” attitude, just straight forward information on what was available. No haggling for delivery either. Great shopping experience.

I started looking for a new bed set up for my master bedroom, like usual researching the newest products and features by visiting local dealers in my area. After gathering information about products not knowing what I wanted I had visited 7 dealers laying on and testing comfort levels from all makes and models. I finally stopped in at Mattress Discounters where I was greeted by a very nice man with years of experience clear expertise in sales and in the mattresses ins and outs. He was courteous, personable and professional with all the patience necessary I was able to find the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. I went with the Diamond supreme ultra plush pillow top by Serta. With the memorial day weekend sales, and him going out of his way to get me the most product’s and accessories within my price range beating all the competitors. I couldn’t be more happier.

I stopped here to check out some beds, but within 10 minutes of being here it rang a bell why there may be so many positive Unilocal reviews… they offer a free metal bed frame if you post a positive Unilocal review. I ended up NOT getting a mattress here. It felt a little pushy on the sales, among other things. I will be getting my new mattress from Sleep Country, who will beat another price I found online by 5%.

I’m not sure how to reply to a comment to my comment, but wanted to clarify that it was indeed said to me by the person who is the manager there that posting a «positive review» would get me the metal bed frame. There were other concerns I had with the experience (specifically the manager), but honestly this was my first stop in my mattress shopping and I felt like I was getting a big sales pitch here. I would say to anyone looking to get a new mattress, know what price range you are looking at before you go in. They spent the whole time showing me the most expensive mattresses here. I ended up doing some research on my own, finding a mattress on overstock’s website, going into Sleep Country to see if they had the overstock mattress I was interested in so I could try it out first, and they offered to beat the price by 5%. I ended up getting a good deal on my mattress (5% off from a sales price), but didn’t realize how similar this would be to getting a new car. I’d encourage anyone looking for a new mattress to do your research and find the cheapest cost, and see if some companies out there are willing to beat other’s prices!

Just bought a king mattress with frame and box spring from this location. Their prices beat Mattress Depot, Sleep country, and all the other local stores for the comparable set. If you haggle a bit, they’ll throw in delivery for free. When the delivery guys came, they were efficient and had their booties ready. Bed was setup in 10 minutes and they had the work order to sign on a tablet. I give myself 1 star for not having any cash money for tip, but these guys definitely deserved it!

We were looking for a new bed for my teenage son, who had outgrown his twin bed a while ago. We decided to try Mattress Discounters after seeing a TV ad. We are happy we did! Not only were the prices excellent, but the customer service we received from Andrea was amazing! She did not try to oversell us on something that would not make sense, but she also wanted to make sure my son liked the mattress we were buying as well. We also got sheets, a mattress protector & a frame. The bed was delivered the next day, in the time frame as promised. The delivery men had the bed set up & the old one gone within minutes! If you are looking for a new mattress, don’t look anywhere else!

We bought our mattress set here and Andrea did a good job of taking care of us. We are looking forward to trying out our new purchase!

My husband and I bought our new bed here a little over a month ago. Our experience was fantastic. We had been to a few places before coming here where the sales people were overbearing and annoying. The sales gentleman that helped us, Jesse, was polite and answered our questions when asked but still gave us our space to look around and make our decision. When we had decided on a bed he helped assure us that it was the lowest price possible. We didn’t purchase that night because I am the type of person who likes to sleep on big decisions like that. I returned right when they opened the next morning to purchase our new bed. They price match and beat competitor prices too. Part of our decision to purchase here was because how amazing the customer service was from Jesse. He is great so if you go there I recommend dealing with him if he is working. Although the lady there was great too. Our bed was delivered the day we set up and we love our new bed. It is so comfortable and great king size with room for our new baby we had after purchasing the bed. When it comes time to purchase our son a bed, we will be returning for sure! I am recommending this place to all my friends and family.

I have never had the pleasure of working with anyone in the Mattress industry as I had with Mattress Discounters on Everett Mall Way. We knew what we were looking for in a King Size Mattress and Ruth was fantastic in every facet of the transaction. She offered solutions to our ideas, including those of the interest free financing, all the way over to her wonderful demeanor and temperament. I sell cars for a living, so I know what a good sales person is all about, and Mattress Discounters couldn’t have done a better job… so we salute you all for the great work.
