The best chiropractor I have had the fortune to find in 20 years of needing help. He has done more for me in 4 months than all the others put together in that 20 years. Dr Patron who was not the owner in 2013, is very helpful and informative even down to Naming the individual bones, tendons, ligamemts etc etc, explaining how they work and what he is doing to them. He uses active release technique which is amazing. He is very very qualified and cares about his patients. As far as I am concerned he is the best thing since sliced bread!!!

Dr. Patron is great! He explains every procedure. This helped me because I had never gone to a chiropractor before & was wary about going. It also helps that they have a flexible schedule & provide at work exercises too. Thank you!

Well if zero was an option, I would choose it. But since it isn’t, they get the overrated score of one star. And let me just tell you why… The actual service was not a problem. I mean, they cracked my husband’s back, okay, great. But when the bill came… oh boy. First of all, I have dual coverage insurance, so it is pretty unusual for us to get a bill. We did get one, for almost $ 400 for two visits. I kept waiting for it to go down, as the insurance should have been paying. But once it got the past due stamp, I called my insurance companies. After speaking with them, they said that the Chiropractor made a mistake, everything would get corrected and I would be looking at closer to $ 200. Great, A month later a get a new bill. It says FINALNOTICE. I don’t like that scary stamp so I give them a call. As soon as the words«you guys made a mistake on my bill» are out of my mouth, the receptionist turns into the worlds biggest witch. I mean, I have gotten some crappy people on the phone before, but this lady fights dirty. She refuses to make any arrangement with me other than breaking it in half(great, still can’t afford that), tells me «your husband is employed, he GETS a paycheck!»(wtf, seriously?) and finally interrupts me so much that when I tell her to stop, she hangs up on me. Mad as I am, I email the good doctor to tell him of the situation so he can fix it instead of me forwarding all of this information to several good folks like the better business bureau. He sends me back a rude email full of lies(I may not have been friendly, but he accuses me of telling his crappy attitude employee to shut up, which I most certainly did not do) and informs me that I have now been sent to collections. I can only assume that I got fast tracked courtesy of him needing to retaliate. So anyway, if you go there in spite of this review, may your luck be better than mine! But seriously, don’t go.
