Rock Hard Windshields

Chris came to my house to replace the windshield on my car through a friends recommendation (I’ve had 4 windshield replacements in 4 years. this was the first time using rock hard windshields!)! He was super quick getting me an appointment! And he’s super nice guy and got the job done quickly. Would highly recommend him to everyone!

For the most part I was really impressed with Chris and his service. He was able to come to our home and get the windshield fixed next day which is what we needed. The price was very reasonable compared to other places. The only problem we had was glass shards and pieces left on our driveway after the job was done.

Fantastic and quick! They came out the day after I called, and had a full windshield done in about an hour. Was really kind and didn’t mind my two year old running amok
around him. Would highly recommend.

Overall– pleased! Made an appt but had to cancel. He was very flexible. Come appt day, I called him about 30 minutes into his hour window of being here and he said he just arrived. It took about a hour, gave me a call when it was done. Charged me for the quoted price of $ 267.00. Way cheaper than safelite. He advised to not use the car for a few hours and not to slam the doors. I didn’t drive it until the next day. I’d use him again.

So i had a windshield replaced on my 1990 Iroc Camaro by Chris he flaked on our appointment 2 times and the 3^rd time he showed up extremely late and then he ended up doing a horrible job he left adhesive all over the hood of my car and then when the job was done he had gave me a invoice of $ 375 when we first talk we discussed the price of $ 225 including installation all in all i advise you try to use somebody eles to replace ur windshield if possible, Really bad experience

I had a great experience with this company. Last summer a piece of road debris bounced against my windshield and chipped it. Several weeks later, I noticed cracks radiating from the damaged area and called Chris to arrange a repair. He met me a few blocks from my workplace and fixed my windshield very quickly. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. I was happy with the repair, but about ten months later one of the cracks started growing past the repaired area. I called Chris and he drove over to the lot where my car was parked and took care of that sneaky little crack for free. I didn’t even have to leave my office. Excellent customer service!

Full disclosure: I did not use this company for service, but I needed a second opinion and the owner of Rock Hard Windshield put my mind at ease.
I just got my windshield replaced using the vendor my local mechanic uses. I was told to keep the tape on windshield for several days until the glue sets. It rained overnight (my car was uncovered). I became paranoid that the installation would be compromised due to the rain. I called my mechanic who said the job should be okay. I needed a second opinion so I found Rock Hard windshield online and called them up.
Chris was very professional and courteous. He told me as long as the job was done correctly (and was not leaking) that my windshield should be fine. He also said that he is usually able to run water of the windshield after he repairs them with no problems. This was a huge weight off of my mind. I really appreciated his patience considering he knew at the top of the conversation that I was not going to use his company because I live in a different state.
