Such a wonderful, newly renovated store. Most of the employees are friendly and are eager to help anyone who is in need of a little assistance. The renovations have completely changed the shopping experience. Making more space with a modern, cleaner look. Also have to shout out the Security team here. Not the best area in Everett with a bus line right in front. I always see them busting a thief. Full Liquor store as well. Lines can get pretty long even with four cashiers at the front. All in all Best Rite Aid I have ever been in. 5⁄5

I gave to agree with some of other review’s was disappointed! Not much to say here they do have a huge selection of everything ‚ I do have a rite aid card for extra buck i’m totally a coupon queen everywhere but when I tried to use my extra buck the sales clerk said it not to be used with this purchase !! Ended up asking manager and she said yes so after returning and do over I was able to use them!! but so time consuming ! But over all I got what I needed!

This store is okay and has pretty much everything you might need. I was looked at like a dumbass once for asking if they had a bathroom I could use. Screw you old hag. Not my fault most places(Walgreen’s) has public restrooms and you don’t. My other complaint is there is this strange guy who lingers around talking to employees and walking around all day neatening the shelves. He is almost always there when I go in and originally I thought he was an employee but he said he wasn’t when I asked for help. Creepy.

One star for the parking lot, one star for the make up selection. Crappy attitudes are abundant at this location, with poopy people being as poopy as they can possibly be. Employees included. What’s up with no public restrooms at Rite AId? Is this a corporate policy, or just a policy made up by the employees at this particular Rite Aid? The woman who told me there were no public restrooms sure got a huge kick out of telling me, and I wasn’t quite sure why. Magazines are a mess, crap is pulled out everywhere in the aisles, and overall, the place just looks dirty. I would highly recommend bringing your own hand sanitizer, because I think there might be some funk lurking everywhere here.
