My husband and I have used this shop a few times (mostly because of it’s convenient location to our home). Normally my husband deals with them, however, my husband was away and I went in to get a loan. The man helping me was rude, inconsiderate, and didn’t even hand me back my identification. It was thrown across the shattered glass display. I almost took my stuff back but I had already signed the papers at this point. We will NEVER use this shop again. (I don’t know if he meant to but he did not apologize. I will only go back there to pick up my things.) And I suggest you find other shops who will value your business and things. Very disrespectful.
