Osborne Square Dental

I was assigned this provider by our insurance company, and my very first impression was a hesitant one, seeing as it took a month to get an appointment. I had to reschedule twice due to family emergencies and each reschedule was another month out. My first actual appointment with them was interesting, to say the least. The woman at the front desk, Sandy I think her name is, is a delightful woman who is very personable and knowledgeable. The hygienist that I saw my first visit was quite rough and I didn’t catch her name. When I saw Dr. Bajwa our personalities did not click. I was very almost ready to ask my insurance company to switch providers, because my children and husband, who had seen the same hygienist reported the same feeling and to me if my kids are uncomfortable that’s unacceptable because I don’t want them to develop dental anxiety like I have.
I returned for my most recent visit to a totally different hygienist, her name is Shari (or Sherry, I’m not sure of the spelling). She is beyond wonderful! Such a calm, kind woman that is very compassionate and you can tell she is enthusiastic about her job and enjoys educating patients. I saw Dr. Singh for my procedure and felt completely at ease. He is also very kind and compassionate, and not judgemental.
He recommended a bone graft to save the integrity of my jaw in the long run, and even though it was completely out of my budget, he was willing to work with me for an in-​house payment plan. I have a few more appointments to finish the job but I am definitely more at ease.
I would give it a 5 star rating if it didn’t take a month between visits, but they are a busy practice. ;)

The staff and dentists are very friendly and professional. They try really hard to make your appointments work for your schedule. Also they tell you up front what any charges maybe after your exam for any further services. One thing I have noticed is that they have started to send appointment reminders via text message if you provide them with a cell number and if you have like gmail they send you an appointment notice as well. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Embarrassed to admit I have not been to the dentist in over 6 years. Thankfully was referred by a family member to Osborne Square Dental! Office is professional yet casual, and the staff are friendly. My hygienist, Courtney, was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the way she explained what she was doing and why. She was thorough yet gentle, and I felt at ease during the cleaning.
