If I could give a negative star rating I would. Stay away from this place at all costs!!! Talk to your doctors about other options for your sleep study and equipment it will save you money and your sanity.
Prior to my sleep study I asked several questions of the staff and was given general answers that were not the truth or even close to the truth. I sure am glad I wasted my time asking my questions. When you go in for your sleep study get ready to be rushed and forced to do things with no answers or care for your concerns. You will get treated like cattle being rushed to slaughter. Also get ready for your future of frustration in dealing with your insurance company and their billing department. Just so you know your overnight sleep study could cost you up to $ 3000.00 they won’t tell you about.
About 2 weeks after your sleep study you have an appointment in which you are given your machine and get fitted for your mask. The staff members do not care about your comfort or opinion about your care. If you tell them you do not like your equipment because it does not fit, too bad. According to them you do not know what you are talking about and they are the sleep experts. You will get stuck with equipment you are not really trained to use and is not comfortable. This will hinder you in getting enough sleep to qualify for you to buy your equipment instead of renting your equipment from them. This is done on purpose.
Over the next couple of months you will have to got to multiple appointments with your doctor and North Puget Sound Center for Sleep Disorders to get the right equipment and settings for your machine. All these appointments will cost you a lot of money and could be avoided if the staff at North Puget Sound Center for Sleep Disorders listened to and actually cared about the patient. These appointment will cost you a lot of money and time you will be paying rent for your equipment.
Throughout this whole process you will receive multiple bills from North Puget Sound Center for Sleep Disorders. These bills will be as confusing as humanly possible in order to confuse you to keep paying. If you ask any questions you will be told they will look into it and will never get back to you. If you dispute anything in the billing you will be told it is your error or your insurance company’s error. All while not receiving any of the services that North Puget Sound Center for Sleep Disorders promises. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!
