Market Basket

There is a girl that came from Florida. She has the best personality ever. Funny and very attractive. She works 2:30 pm Then the other girl with short hair works mornings is so awesome. Very friendly. That store has everything that you need that’s convenient.
Those girls make that store. I go out of my way to get my Mountain Dew just because of those girls.

Terrific little store. It’s a bit of a throw back to days when convenience stores didn’t have knives, porn or pipes. There are plenty of those around.
If you need regular things that you would find at a market, odds are they have it here. You’ll pay a bit more but they will have it. I even saw elmers glue there!

I went into this store to purchase some beer and smokes for my husband. First there were weird misspelled signs all over the store. Hostile much? The woman at the counter was unsmiling and suspicious. There were disorderly stacks of stuff for sale all over the floor.
I finally found the brand he likes way back in a corner and went to the counter for the smokes. I said, wow signs all over the place, grinning, and she glared at me.
She said it would be 19.80 and I gave her a twenty and she gave me .16 back, so I said «you said 19.80 and she said «I SAID 19.84, you didn’t hear me right, lots of people don’t…»
So I took my change and left. She didn’t say thanks, smile or say anything like a normal human checker would. Hostile place, all the way.
There are lots of beer stores. Why would they treat their customers like this? I am a respectable old lady and I don’t need it. Won’t be back.

Wow… where to begin. First off there is something wrong with this place heating and ac wise. It was nice and cool outside when I went in and about 90 degrees inside the store. This place is FILTHY. Half of the refrigerated sections are empty and not working. I wouldn’t trust ANYTHING perishable from this store. I assume its the owner since its the same guy there the couple times I have been in is not friendly at all. The whole place looks like its about to cave in and is seriously a law suit waiting to happen. If you can go someplace else DO IT.

Great Wine Selection! Wow — I was so happy to find this neighborhood store, right here in the Riverside neighborhood — It’s got a little bit of everything and the best wine selection I have seen in Everett. Many times I want to pick up something quick and tasty to serve with dinner. For convenience this place can’t be beat. Nice staff too. What a gem!
