March 3rd2016, placed an order for a few replacement shingles, its now may 18th and still haven’t got them, had to place a visa complaint to even get my money back because they stopped responding to my request for shipping/tracking info. they told me on 2 separate locations they mailed it out and they never did on both occasions. then on may 16th after i filed the visa complaint to get my money back, they finally responded they didn’t even have any of the shingles and needed have them made(so know that confirmed they never mailed if out both times they said they did) responding at 1:03pm «Please let me ASAP if you need the material as I understand you have placed a dispute with the credit card company. If I do not hear from you by 3pm today I will cancel the material order» so here i’ve waited patiently for 2 months for my order! but they write me giving me less then 2 hours to respond(ON A WORKDAY) when normal people are at work and wont even see the email by 3pm i wouldn’t suggest this company to anyone, very bad business practices, i run two companies and could ever imagine treating customers like this
