I hired Francisco to do a fairly basic job, Painting a small 1100′ home, removing and replacing old counters with quartz counter tops, adding a gas line for a new stove and water line for a frig also laying carpet in two bedrooms. Total cost 8900.00 labor and paint including quartz counter tops. ?

The painting I would consider to be sub par, I would think that an experienced contractor would be aware a water based paint doesn’t stick well over a oil based paint without some type of proper preparation. The paint in the shower began to peel immediately withing the first day showering. The walls show a lot of light and dark areas some definitely needing retouching which wasn’t done. I would have touched up the bad areas myself but non of the special order paint i ordered was left and Sherman Williams will not sell me any less then a gallon at a cost of over 25 dollars for touch up. The sink in the kitchen which was replaced of all new parts now leaks. The gasket has been installed wrong under the sink, I will have to remove this and replace it myself. The hot and cold water where installed incorrectly. I will have to r and r this also. the quarts counter top seem to be OK with some minor chips. The gas stove was leaking gas upon our first entering the home. he did come out and take care of this after a call. I contacted Francisco after completing the job and advised him that when you paint someones home you should leave some spare leftover paint for touch ups also some of the new flooring in case there is something that needs to be repaired. Surprisingly after completion and full payment i never received a call to ask about our satisfaction with the job. I guess no need for that if you don’t want to hear what you may have missed. Francisco is a very nice person and very personable. This review is not about the person but about the job.

Francisco and his team were wonderful. They did a complete remodel of my kitchen. They completed on time, which was great! He always made sure to clean up at the end of day to help cut down on the dust. They did a wonderful job. Very happy with the outcome great job guys!
