I called this company because I needed a deadbolt lock installed in a wood door. They tend to be vague with price quotes, preferring to do so on site. Don’t fall for this.
I pressed them for pricing information and the quotes I received varied quite a bit from the initial call to my second call to change the appointment time. When the locksmith arrived, he wanted to inflate the $ 175.00 quote I’d just received by telling me that the $ 29.00 service fee was not included in that quote. Of course, it was. He then tried to press me to pay in cash. I’d confirmed that they accept major credit cards when I called. Despite this annoyance, the lock was installed neatly and in less than 30 minutes from the time the locksmith arrived. Be vigilant– get a price and make sure you hold them to it.
