Not that the service is bad or something.
Everywhere I go ask for cheesy, bacon fries!
They gave me cheesy SAUCE fries…
No crispy… Gross sauce… Yep… Even tho they ask for fair price as most RESTAURANTS do, they use cheap stuff…
I had a few pieces now I have stomach ache!

This review is based on the average of all experiences I’ve had with this place. My husband loves one particular sub from here and it’s the only reason I’ll give in and order from here.
Rude staff overall — hate calling in orders here because I feel rushed and like I am bothering them by calling.
Not flexible — example is one time I called and asked for them to put veggies on the side instead of in my sub and they told me no. Why not? Makes no sense.
Makes mistakes but it’s your fault — one time we got the wrong order and called back to tell them it was wrong and the lady on the phone told us that is what we told her and we were wrong. Ok, I think I know what I wanted to eat for dinner.
Probably missing a ton of examples but there is a few. This place deserves 1 star.

Regularly order cheese pizzas from here. They have lots of items to choose from, the food is decent, speed of service is fast and the staff is friendly and to-​the-​point; it barely takes 30 seconds to order on phone, unlike other establishments with automated systems annoyingly asking for a ton of info.

Love it here so much. I go here almost everyday. The workers are so amazingly sweet! Especially their new delivery boy, who’s quite a catch. Only problem is they charge to much for a delivery fee.

I order from this establishment recently. I placed my order over the phone for delivery. It was a very simple order with a few subs, a steak tip dinner and salad. I had the women repeat back my order before hanging up. It took almost an hour to receive the food. When I got the food it was very cold and the fries where so soggy it was pretty much not edible. I never received the salad, I called back to let them know and they were very rude and said I never order one. They finally agreed to bring one back, but to no surprise never showed up! There food was disgusting to say the least and fair to say I will never order from this place again.

I order from EHOP at least twice a week because the BF likes it there & they are really fast… Like literally they quote you 45 mins and are there in 15…
I have ordered almost everything on the menu — They have really good Greek Pizza if you like that kind of pizza, Extra cheese is THICK & usually comes off in 1 bite & is REALLY greasy (but Delicious)
Subs are all great & they actually stuff them full so there is no Leftover bread at the end with no food in it…
Sides are all as you would expect. Fries are good.
Chicken Ziti Broccoli is actually really good as well.
I would say for a corner sub shop they are actually VERY good, just sometimes gets a little pricey and I get mad for what I paid for a «Corner Sub Shop», you know?!

I live very close to here and have tried to give them benefit of the doubt, so I have visited many times. Customer service is mediocre at best and at times very rude. A cook should never be handling money at the register and your food with no change of gloves/​wash of hands. Now as for the food… Honestly I can’t say anything is outstanding. The only reason I’ve gone back is because of their pizza special deal but now that they’ve changed that there truly is nothing going on for the place. 2 large cheese pizza that have the texture and taste of a cardboard box for $ 15 is not a deal. Sad to see such a local place fail. Ironic to see a review from 5 years ago also saying the pizza taste like «cardboard». Better luck in the future I guess with a new owner, but as for now I would highly recommend «NOT» going to this place.

I just had a double cheeseburger dinner delivered. It was fantastic. Classic pizza shop burger done right. Not too fancy. Not too messy. Good fries (wish they were the extra crunchy seasoned or curly ones tho) and homemade onion rings. I’m full and happy.

I haven’t even received my pizza yet, but the stars I give it are capped by what a hard time they give me whenever I want something delivered to my office. I am in Malden, right on the Everette border, closer to them than a lot of places in Everett, and they have refused me in the past, and this time made a mistake and made the pizza without telling me their policy. So they called me back with it made saying if I wanted the pizza it would be $ 3 dollars more, and to make sure I took care of the driver on top of that. This 1 topping pizza is turning out to be $ 23 with delivery. Seems a little much to me.

Aweful. And disgusting!!! I just ordered a large fries and large chicken single and way. Down at the bottom of the fry bag. Right under the fries was a piece if plastic wrap bunched up with liquidy brown stuff in it and a bunched up filthy papertowel yup people my fries were literally sitting on trash ive never experienced something like this when ordering food i was shocked so i bring the food back did not request for my money back because that wasnt the point my four year old anda i could of gotten sick!!. The man that was working did, not
all kept saying u want ur money back you can report us if. you want i told him no i dont care about the money but please pay attention to the way your running tjings. this is.food were talkin abt foooodddd. that goes in your body anyways im calljng board. of health and osha and spreading the word via Facebook and instagram this is a true story… this place is unsanitary!#!!!

Unhealthy as it is, I eat pizza almost daily, and their pizza is amazing, I don’t know what it is but the flavor, curst, everything is wicked good. Their onion rings and fries are also really good. Definitely one of the best in the Everett/​Revere/​Eastie area.
The reason I give them 4⁄5 stars is because of the $ 3 charge for delivery (at least via GrubHub). Regardless of the fee, I still find myself coming back for more.
Also there does tend to be a lot of grease, but nothing a few napkins can’t get rid of.

I live right by here, but I do not come here very often. The pizza is alright, but I do not crave it. Which is telling. I am not in the stage of my life where bland pizza appeals to me. I wish it was better, but it’s average.

Sure, this is just your typical pizza place in many ways, but I order from here often enough that I wanted to write a review.
I have yet to find a better Italian sub (/​w everything, extra hots, toasted) in the area, but I am still searching. I also ordered the «Chicken Broccoli Ziti» once, hoping against all odds that the broccoli would be fresh. Guess what? I think it was fresh! And the sauce was delicious as well.

Now, I might be saying this because I tend to go here after skating for two hours at the ice rink nearby (and, as you can imagine, that means I go there absolutely starving), but I really enjoy their food. Ironically, I can’t express any opinion on their pizzas or subs, since I never order those, but I can say that their side orders (fries, mozzarella sticks, etc), their salads, their wraps, and whatever else I’m forgetting are great.

Mmm, greasy cardboard!
I really want to like this place because it’s so close to my house, but I just can’t. The pizza always seems like it was cooked 6 hours before, left out and then stuck back in the oven right before I pick it up. The crust is tough, the cheese is just grease and there is virtually no sauce. I’m not sure how it can even be considered pizza…
