I can not say enough good things about Environmental Issues and Solutions. First of all, Josh the owner, cares and REALLY, REALLY is into air flow and attic remediation. His knowledge is first rate, and you can tell he has been in construction and mold remediation for a number of years. I think his compay is new but his experience is not. He is absolutely fairly priced, in fact he was cheaper than a couple of his competitors and his evaluation went way above theirs. He told me things that the other evaluator missed, and boy was I glad. He even talked to a roofing contractor, a company that has been in business over 15 years, and he made them change the type of vents that they were going to install AND he caught an error that they had made in the installation.
I am jumping up and down that we found Josh and his company. We had mold in our attic (not the scary stuff) but definietly something that you NEED to take care of and we had to take care of it because we were selling our house. He guarentees his work, if you follow his outline of work and some of it is easy stuff and some of it does take a little bit of money BUT you will be happy you did.
