What a great job these guys did. We had dense madness of 30 feet evergreens, and every shrub/​tree in the neighborhood planted in our yard. Bryan assessed the situation and provided a fair and reasonable work order. The crew came in promptly as agreed and did a great job prunning and trimming, etc. they also cleaned up after they left. Very satisfied with the work and plan to use them on a regular basis to keep things in check.

We were looking for an Arborist to help us with our sick Cherry Tree, we choose Bryan because of the several great reviews. He arrived right on time & educated us in how to get ride of the Brown Rot in our tree. We will keep his business card & refer him to others. Thanks Bryan!

From initial contact to the end of the job, Bryan was professional and knowledgeable. We liked that he worked on the job with his two men. They were punctual and the estimated time for the job was right on. The job involved removing a dying old plum tree, pruning an English Laurel hedge and a viburnum hedge that were out of control with growth. They also pruned two maples, two Hinoki cypresses, two magnolias and a butterfly bush. A professional arborist’s work is deservedly costly, but Bryan’s quote came in lower than the others consulted. In addition, for no fee at all, he gave us advice on maintaining other plantings around the house. We recommend Elite Tree Care. We will definitely use his company again.

Elite Tree Care cut down a 30-​ft pine tree in our front yard that was restricting our view and possibly that of the neighbors. I wanted to keep the top of the tree for a Christmas tree and the rest for firewood, and they obliged, cutting the branches off and cutting the trunk into manageable pieces. They made neat stacks of the branches and trunk sections. They arrived on time the day after Thanksgiving. Arrangements were mostly made over email, which I prefer to telephone.

I’ve employed Elite Tree Care on a couple of occasions. They also did some work for my parents.
In all cases Bryan and the crew have been polite and competent. He does make suggestions on how to handle specific issues, and they always clean up after their work.

I am giving Elite Tree Care of Everett two stars for their incredibly rude and unprofessional service. I called to schedule a legitimate service call and a man named Brian answered the phone, «hello»… No mention of the company name or that he was glad to take my call, actually seemed quite unhappy about it! I proceeded to explain that I needed some help with a tree and had a few questions for him about schedule availability. He then grumpily said, «it depends»… Baffled at his response, I then asked him if I was speaking with the owner or someone who is able to schedule calls. Then he hung up on me. Truly shocked, and wanting to give him the benefit of doubt, I called back and was yet again met by someone who obviously does not care about his professional reputation. It is amazing that in this economy there is still room for operators with poor attitudes and such shockingly poor demeanor.
*UPDATE: 12÷12÷14 — the tone of my review of this company doesn’t have anything to do with the dropped call as noted in Bryan’s post, but rather his poor attitude and response when I was originally attempting to book his services. I get that everybody has bad days, and that no one is on their a-​game everyday, and it sounds like he does have some happy satisfied customers. Perhaps Bryan is signing a new tune now, a happier more pleasant one, and I got to be the guy that helped remind Bryan about the important correlation between a good treating people 1^st class and the future success of your business. Who knows, but I wish him the best and hope he keeps it up.

Had a large maple and a cottonwood removed. The cottonwood was 15 feet away from my house and surrounded by expensive flowers and my pond. My yard is very well maintained and i was concerned about my plants and waterfall getting damaged. The end result was absolutely zero damage and a spotless clean up. I highly recommend elite tree care.
