I gave it one star because they were closed when I got there. I was all excited to try them tonight after finding them. I’ll try to get back there again if they’re open and leave another review

Most of it is cheap, but don’t expect the typical sour cream and salsa with your quesadilla. They charged me $ 2 for a little side of beans which is more than the taco. Oh and more than half the menu is not available for some reason during winter and fall and spring which I’ve never heard of. So if you just want a quick cheap taco for lunch then yes, this is the spot.

Excellent little spot on Colby downtown Everett. It’s seriously dirt cheap, you’ve gotta check it out. My favs is the empanadas, so good! The papusa was great too, it’s served with a side of authentic curtido! Good burrito, and tasty El Salvador tamales, the mass was moist and the filling perfect. We will be back even though we don’t live close!

Friendly, small, and open late enough for an early dinner. Fresh. Fresh. More of a food counter, not really a restaurant, but they are friendly and the staff will do as much as they can to make you feel at home.

Super-friendly staff, killer prices, and the fresh tasting food — so fresh I could individually identify each ingredient. Definitely heading back!

Authentic Mexican food; authentic street tacos. If you are from Southern California or any other state that typically has great Mexican food as a rule, you will want to stop by. Ingredients are really fresh. Burritos are amazing, quesadillas. Nothing’s greasy. I feel like I could eat this everyday. My wife was just in the hospital after giving birth to ours son and I found this place; she was so happy I found it. We have been on the search for a decent Mexican food restaurant and we found a great one. Authentic is the key word.

My favorite lunch spot in Everett. I work a block away, and stop by for lunch a few times a week. The food is all good and well priced, timing can be tricky, but phone ordering ahead works out really well most of the time. Prices are very competitive, especially for lunch time, allows for a good variety of dishes depending on your mood. Hole-in-the-wall pupusa and taco spot. Would definitely recommend the asada and lengua tacos, lengua mulitas, and the asada or fish burritos are great. The pupusa’s are a bit small, but also very good. My hands down favorite is the pork tamales, flavorful with a light and fluffy texture.

Deliciousness. Homemade from scratch everything. Salsa verde that is spicy and out of this world.

A co-worker told me about this place a year ago. For reasons that I can not figure out, I never stopped in for lunch. Big mistake. I’ve been there twice this week and it’s my new go-to place for lunch in Everett. Great food, reasonable prices, quick service. Call ahead and place your order and it will be ready when you get there ten minutes later. I regret not coming here sooner. It’s awesome.

Just moved up into this area and I’ve been looking for a good taco place. None of the restaurants around here were working out until I stumbled upon this place. Delicious tacos with great quality meat; no grizzle or fat, everything is well seasoned. Definitely will be coming back here often. The carnitas taco was honestly the best one I’ve ever had, and I’ve lived in southern California for years and have been to Mexico many times.

I came here for lunch during the week as I work in the vicinity. I ordered a couple carne asada tacos and a burrito. The space is very small and most suited for take out, and the menu is very reasonably priced. I took my order to go. The tacos were tasty, but the meat was kinda tough & chewy. The tacos came with the usual accompaniments, onions, cilantro & fresh limes, but the tough chewy meat kinda ruined the experience. The burrito was good, nothing spectacular but tasty.

Authentic Mexican taco shop. Great atmosphere here. There is one guy busting his hump cooking taking orders and running the place. They have tacos, empanadas, pupusas, tamales, burritos, sopes, tortas, quesadillas and mulitas all with your choice of meat. They have a cooler full if your favorite Mexican or American drinks(no beer or wine) I ordered tacos and a tamale The tacos were the standard street taco with 2 small soft corn tortillas with meat, onions, cilantro and limes with hot sauces on the side. They were a tad dry but very tasty. The tamale was a Oaxacan style tamale with meat and potato in a banana leaf wrapper instead of corn husk. This was an awesome tamale. Talking to the guy that runs the place single-handedly he is from Oaxaca one of the pretty places in this world. Veridic the place is great and with only 4 tables it can get a bit crowded.

Hands down the best and most delicious Mexican food around. The dishes are so flavorful that I found I didn’t need any salsa or hot sauce. The price is unbelievably low for such great food. It is a small lunch joint so nothing fancy but great food nonetheless.

I came here for the pupusas. Ordered some tacos too. The food was really good and fair priced. Pupusas are a tasty salvadoran dish that when done right, they are delicious and satisfying. I tried all of them. The tacos are great too. But dont come here in a hurry; the day I visited their was about a 15 minute wait. Its a one man operation but the prices are good perhaps because of the low overhead.

This is our new favorite place in town. It’s a one man show, so be prepared to wait a bit for your food. I guarantee, though, that you will find it worth the wait. The ingredients are fresh, the food is DELICIOUS and it’s VERY affordable! Our favorites: bean, cheese and pork papusas, lengua tacos, chicken tacos, and the tamales, whiich are light, fluffy pillows of heavenly goodness.

Highly recommend this spot! I visited for the first time on the advise of a friend. LOVEDIT! It is simple, delicious Mexican food very reminiscent of the food i have gotten in towns off the pacific coast of Mexico. The employee was energetic and excited about his food and the business. I hope this place stays open. I had the chicken sopes and they were so tender and good! Going back at least once a week for sure!

Tried this little taco joint in Everett on the spur of the moment. The owner is very enthusiastic about his food. I tried a variety of dishes because you can’t beat the price. More than half the menu is under $ 3 and nothing is over $ 5. I loved the Muleta Lengua(or beef tongue). It was so flavorful and tender… all you got was an overwhelming taste of beef… I tried the fish and pork adobada… they were both good. I tried some pocket stuffed with bean and cheese… I forget the actual name of the dish. It was good but not my favorite. I tried the Carne Asada quesadilla and Sopa. These were so good! I was so pleased with my first visit, I dragged the BF here too. He was extremely pleased. The dining area is small. only a few tables and a bar seating at the window. So far, I have only seen two people work here. They cook when you order so expect about a 7 min wait for food. They don’t just have it sitting around. I believe the two employees are owners too so sometimes you will see the man take the order and the lady cook or vice versa. This is definitely a place that Everett will want to have stay. I really enjoyed the food. I can’t stress that enough. The green sauce is the killer sauce… very spicy… the red one is flavorful but doesn’t have the kick of the green. The have an unusual tamale too… called a Salvadorenos tamale… it’s wrapped in a banana leaf… cheap, great food… what more can you ask !!!

El Delicioso brings street food to downtown Everett. The downtown area has lots of full-service Mexican places, but I think this is the first that I would consider to fall under the heading of ‘taco shack’. Between two of us, we sampled the asada tacos, a mulitia, a quesadilla, and a pupusa. All were very good. I’ve never had a pupusa before, but it flavorful and I would recommend trying one. The menu has lots of inexpensive eats. Nothing is over $ 5. So with that being the price point, don’t expect a lot of frilly stuff or free guac. Owner is very friendly, and service is fast. While there a few tables in the storefront, I would suggest you just take your order to go.
