Dunkin’ Donuts

Awful! Awful! Awful! Came here for a quick breakfast and there was nothing quick about it. So it’s my turn to order and the cashiers switch. I’m like ok whatever and start to place my order. A medium hot apple cider and an English muffin with butter. Before I could even get the English muffin out he asked me to hold on because he obviously wasn’t familiar with the register. After guessing for about a minute he finally asks the other cashier where the button for apple cider was so she tells him and were rolling. So now I tell him I would like an English muffin, toasted, with butter. This was like the most complicated thing I could’ve done because he just couldn’t figure out how to put the rest of my order in. So again he starts pushing all of the buttons and I’m just sitting there while everyone’s looking at me cuz they think I’m holding up the line. After about two minutes of him trying to figure it out I tell him I’ll just take the cider and be on my way. He apologized and rang me up. So now I’m patiently waiting for my cider and its just not coming out. Finally, the guy comes up to me and tells me they don’t have apple cider. Like seriously I just wasted time and energy going there just to look at these peoples faces.
I could see if this was my first time having a bad experience here but I’ve had several. Won’t be coming back to this DD anytime soon.

Check your bag before you drive off if you go through the drive thru. Ordered a turkey flatbread instead ended up with a jelly donut. Had to turn around and get them to fix my order.

*****EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE HERE**** I was told that this location is a training facility. I took me 45 minutes to get my breakfast sandwich!!! But there are no other coffee options in the area, other than McDonald’s which isn’t as slow. Wish they offered organic here!
