I’ve been a customer here for 12 years. They’ve had their ups and downs. But overall and especially lately they’ve had tasty teriyaki. I don’t normally get burgers, but they’re ok. Its a teriyaki place at heart, and if that’s what you’re looking for than this is your place.

I love this place… they have the best yakisoba. Whenever I’m in the area I have to stop in to get a little something and The service is comparable to the food. All around its pretty good.

This an update to my previous post: After being disappointed last year I ordered a few more times Chicken Katzu, hoping they improved. Unfortunately, they didn’t. I am not going there any more.

If I could give this a zero star I would. I know nothing about Everett and with my first dining experience being this place I can only come to the conclusion that Everett doesn’t know how to do teriyaki. Things that were off putting were the fact that they charge for re fills on fountain drinks, they charge extra for hot sauce other than siracha and that hot sauce wasn’t even that good. Lastly the salad dressing tasted like pure mayonnaise. Can’t really say much that I liked. I would not recommend anyone go here.

I’ve only used the drive thru, so this review is based on that. I’ve been here a few times, and I always get the same thing… Teriyaki Chicken Burger… It’s cheap and simple. It’s just their Teriyaki chicken sliced up and some grilled onions and mayo thrown on a bun. The flavor is good, and hits the spot when you’re looking for something cheap, but don’t want your typical fast food hamburger joint.

So the teriyaki chicken was good. But the deluxe burger combo had no cheese or ketchup or anything. Also the cashier in the drive-thru had no customer service experience at all. Very poor job but the teriyaki was good. Not american foos place i would choose. Fries were ok.

I really wanted a bbq flavored chicken teriyaki and searched all over and found this place which I have always been apprehensive to try based on looks alone. Terribly wrong of me because it was the BEST I have had ever. Perfect bbq flavor perfect sticky rice and pretty good gyoza as well. I’ll be going back fur sure. I loved the sautéed onion in the spicy chicken as well. Amazing.

I was in search of teriyaki and went to my trusty Unilocal. Thanks guys! sort of… So my troubles started from the get go. I drove up. I said: So I hear you have great teriyaki! Response: «So that’s one teriyaki?» «uh. yes» I said, then added«One cashew chicken please» The kid on the other end couldn’t understand either because of the speaker system or he’s not a talker. He’s white american with no apparent Limited English so I’m not sure what the deal is. After a 20 minute wait I get a bag shoved out the window at me and a nod. Arriving home, I opened the teriyaki and yes! the best ever!!! I opened the Chicken cashew and was greeted by dried out over cooked chicken Katsu… sigh… You know… either fix the damn sound system or get a new kid. So I take it back. I’m forced to walk in side. Whereupon I’m greeted by no greeting just a slap of a box on the counter. I gave back the Katsu. I hope to God they weren’t planning on recycling it. No one said sorry, no offer of anything for my trouble. nothing. Worst sucking customer service EVER… I gave them three stars solely on the cold teriyaki that I did get to eat. oh and the cashew chicken? Obviously, breaded sweet and sour chicken with cashews thrown on it. Even had bell peppers. Didn’t resemble the picture at all. REALLY? Guess they figured. what the hell. let’s just give her something else to take home. I’m diabetic and I can’t eat sweet crap… Don’t waste your time here… go somewhere else.

Hard to give a completely accurate review since I never actually got my food. The 1 star rating is due to my 20 minute wait in the drive-thru behind ONE other car. Ain’t nobody got time fo’ dat! What could have possibly taken so long? Who knows…

Looking for my new burger joint.. still looking. Everything here was bought from Costco. I ordered the double cheeseburger and got tiny burgers, run of the mill cheddar cheese, no lettuce, tomatoes or onions. Some mayonnaise and 3 pickles, so all your tasting is pickles and dry burger. If I wanted that I could have gone to a BBQ with a drunk cook using to high of heat. Frozen burgers, subpar buns nothing fresh, if your going to call your self a burger place use some better ingredients.

A local gem in the downtown Everett area; great prices and great food, what more could you want? Get 3 teriyaki chicken burgers and stuff yourself asleep.

Love it! Great teriyaki! Best in the Everett area by far! Prices are good. The place totally looks like a dive and maybe even«scary», but the food is amazing!

I used to go to school across the street so I used to come here all the time. still do when I get the chances. Let’s just say it’s the beT teriyaki place around. If your on a tight budget or want something that most teriyaki place don’t have you can try their teriyaki burger. Portion is good and around 1.60 I think. All around generous portion, great price and food is amazing delicious. The drive thru can take a little long sometimes but it’s worth the wait I tell you. I like to get the chicken teriyaki and can never finhsed it alone. The sauces is kist right. Not to sweet yet very flavorful, and not thick or watery. The only teriyaki place I go to when I want a fix.

I had misgivings about a combination burger and teriyaki place but based on Unilocal reviews I decided to try it anyway. My son cautioned me he had a bad feeling about this. I ignored him. We entered about 3 pm and all the tables were dirty. I started to leave but I wondered about all those positive reviews. There were pictures of food but no counter. We walked around the corner and found the counter. I ordered a deluxe burger combo. What I got was a thin slice of beef about the size of McDonald’s smallest burger atop a cold hard bun with nice lettuce, onion and tomatoes. The tiny patty of meat did not fully cover the bun. The fries were obviously frozen and virtually flavorless. What a waste.

I only have ever been through the drive through where they have kept the window open and I saw my meal being prepared. Nothing suspicious to me, saw plenty of hand washing. Large portions of meat and an okay sauce. Have not had their burgers, but the prices listed are cheap for them! I like it for the drive through since I do not live locally.

A hidden gem in some ways, and a supernova of self-promotion in others. Which one they are to you depends entirely on how much you drive up and down Rucker. Rucker is a major thoroughfare in Everett, and Burger Stop makes no secret of their presence there. Huge signs, flashing neon, animated letters, big«Drive Thru Open!!» signs. You can’t help but see it. But if you don’t spend any time on Rucker, then you don’t know it’s here. And until you come in, you don’t know how great the burgers and the yaki are. Well, I am taking it secondhand from friends and from other customers that the burgers are awesome. I had my usual yaki. So what is this place? Well, it’s dine-in, take-out, and drive-thru, depending on your preference. There’s a bit of parking. It’s kind of a funky old building, with those flimsy aluminum-frame doors from the 50s or 60s, not too many windows. You walk in and the counter is nowhere to be seen. The dining room is not huge, maybe 12 tables. Comfortable wooden tables and chairs, truth be told. Big pictographic menu on one wall. Then on the Rucker side, there’s a little hallway that leads down the counter. Here you can clearly see the bustling drive-thru window, the bustling grill, and the bustling kitchen. These guys are running hard at all times, it seems. Three cooks and three cashiers on what seemed like a relatively quiet Wednesday night – it’s just that there’s a steady stream of to-go customers. The smell grabs you right away. They’re generous with onions, and careful to ask whether you want them in whatever you’re ordering. They know what’s up with onions; they get great flavor and great aromatics out of them. They’re cool with menu substitutions: I had stir-fried veggies with my chicken breast, instead of the iceberg salad mix. So much more like a real meal for just a buck or two more. The«extra spicy» turned out to need a huge hit of Sriracha, but that’s alright. They’re clearly catering to milder tastes, what with all the careful onion management they’re doing. The price was very reasonable, and you can get outta here for next to nothing if you get burgers. It’s quiet in the dining room, with so few people eating off plates, and no music on the hi-fi. You kinda get lost in your thoughts in here. But I’d recommend it to anybody who crusades for cheap grub.
