BUDGET Heating and Air Conditioning

Attempting to get service from this company has not worked in the three weeks we have been trying. After the first two calls, we recieved a call back several days later from owner. After asking him a question, he said he would get a hold of his service guy and I should expect a call from the service guy that day (about 2.5 weeks ago) to answer my question. I have followed up a couple times since, leaving clear, detailed message/​question to my inquiry. Still no call back.
Trying to get service is because the company installed a heat pump on our home about 5 months ago. Since then, we recognize new noises from the unit, and flashing messages on the interior control panel.

A rental, I manage needed a new electrical furnace and I called several furnace companies to get bids. The name says it all «BUDGET», they were honest, prompt, they came out the next day to install the furnace and the tenants have heat!
I would highly recommend this company!
