Best Trust Cleaning Service

This was one of the WORST experiences I have ever had with ANY business.
I bought a 2-​Hour Home Cleaning from Best Trust Cleaning Service on Groupon. I called to schedule weeks in advance, which was a somewhat puzzling and prolonged experience (it took multiple phone calls just to schedule and confirm a date and time). On the day/​at the time they were supposed to arrive, no one showed up and I received no phone call from them. After a half hour, I tried to call them multiple using the number listed on Groupon to check on the status; all 3 times I got an answering machine completely in Spanish (which I do not speak). I then tried calling a second number listed on their website, this time getting through to a man. When I tried to explain the situation, he cut me off and said he would call me back in 20 minutes, to which I protested and asked if anyone was still planning on coming. He became INCREDIBLY rude, refusing to answer and trying to shut me up, and when I began getting frustrated he told me to just call Groupon and get a refund. When I asked if I could reschedule for another time and day if no one was planning on coming, he kept yelling at me just to get a refund. When I responded that this was unacceptable, he began screaming at me over the phone, at which point I hung up.
The next day I called the first number listed for the service, at which point I spoke to a woman. She was much nicer and apologetic, and I was still willing to reschedule, however she also told me that I should just get a refund from Groupon.
Overall, this was an incredible unprofessional experience and I would advise anyone thinking about using the Best Trust Cleaning Service to look elsewhere.
