Very cheap when it comes to portioning their meat, I ordered teriyaki chicken with Gyoza and instead got a big pile of rice with baby portion of chicken. I asked bout it, and they wanted more $$ for more chicken. Seems to be the hustle of this place. Do yourself a favor and pick«another 1» down the street!

Tasty food but the pricing on the menu is higher than most others in the area. Salad dressing is fantastic and pairs well with most of the other flavors on the menu. The gyoza is pretty much what I would expect when eating at a teriyaki joint but I felt the portion of chicken I received was a little on the small side for the price. If you’re looking for some teriyaki and don’t want to drive any further, this will more than suffice. If I had a choice, I would go to Joy Teriyaki on Bothell-Everett Highway and 132nd.

I was driving home today and thought i would try this place as it was on the way home. I pulled over into the parking lot, and Unilocaled this place to make sure i was going to get a good meal! Only 3 reviews but they were good so i decided to give it a try. I ordered an Orange Chicken for my son and a Chicken Yakisoba for myself. I paid almost $ 20.00 which i thought was a bit high for lunch but i thought if the portions are big and its good, it will be worth it. It took about 15 minuted for my food to be prepared and i drove it home. My son and i sat down to eat and after my son took a couple of bites, he pulls out a long black hair from the middle of the rice. It was buried in there pretty good. I called the store and told the woman on the phone, we found a hair in the food, and she asked«Was it in the Orange Chicken?» I said yes, but wondered how she knew that and why would she ask that. —very weird She told me to bring it back. Annoyed– but understanding that stuff happens, I drove both meals back to the restaurant. When i got there, i set the bag with both meals on the counter. She pulls out the yakisoba and sets it aside and tells me — you keep that one, its ok. Then she hands me some cash, already counted out and siting on the counter. —weird again. I dont know why but i expected her to take both back and offer to remake them since 2 of us were eating, what was i going to do with just one cold Yakisoba. I decided not to argue, but to instead go to my favorite Teriyaki place(which i should have done to begin with) Joy Teriyaki which is a mile or 2 down the road. I placed the yakisoba in the trash — and took my $ 10 refund to Joy Teriyaki. I ordered the exact same thing there, and it cost only $ 14.78(over $ 5 cheaper) and they were MUCH bigger portions, and it came with Miso Soup, Salad and fortune cookies too! I didn’t get any of that at «Best». The people that own the place seem nice, but this experience was unfortunate and i wont be back. In my humble opinion, there are much better places in the area to eat Teriyaki, better food, bigger portions and most importantly i want to eat somewhere where i wont get a wild hair!

I’m hesitant to review this place… It is literally the best teriyaki I’ve found since moving back to WA4 years ago & I really don’t want all of y’all knowing my secret spot! Jokes aside, if you like teriyaki, this is where you need to be. There’s tons of options, the meat is always well cooked/flavored/sauced. Their sauce is absolutely delish actually! Portions are great, prices are average or slightly better than average. The salad & yummy dressing is always just enough. The owners are great, service is speedy. the only negative I can think of about this place is that there isn’t a location down by my work in the south end too.
