I’ve eaten here a couple times and each time the food has always been on point! My favorite dish is their Chicken Katsu(breaded & deep fried chicken with a side of rice & salad plus a yummy dipping sauce!). When I dined in, the service was easy and prompt. They have complimentary tea and soup. I recommend their egg flower soup because the miso is bland.

We have ordered many lunches from Bento Time to be delivered to our work, but never again. I called in an order as soon as they opened the other day and they told me they could not accommodate me. This is af ter I spent time collecting orders and money from my coworkers. I even asked if they could do it after lunch, the lady on the phone absolutely refused to take our order. The food is mediocre anyhow, but in the past it was convenient because they delivered to my work.

Had the small bento for lunch, the teriyaki was super saucy but ok, however the shrimp and egg roll that came with it were really bad. The shrimp tasted very«shrimpy», could only eat one bite of it. Feeling like it was a mistake now :/

It was a little pricey but overall it was really good it’s a bit confusing if your not a regular customer but the teriyaki was really good and the sushi!

Good Teriyaki Chicken. Rice is soft and fresh, and salad is dressed with a great dressing. The person I came with got the Broccoli and Beef, next time I will get that. It was by far the best thing we had at our table.

I’m surprised by bento time. We come here for lunch often and it is very consistent and good. Ramen. Yaki. All the dishes I have had have been solid. Do it!

The delicious free miso is what pushed this to be a 5 star place in my opinion. But the rest of their food is great, too. Lots to chose from and I can always find something that I’m in the mood for.

I have eaten here 4 times now, and will not go anywhere else in the area. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and they get the food out quickly. Free miso or egg drop soup with any eat in meal. For the price and taste this place is absolutely top notch.

Overall decent teriyaki. I’m glad they gave extra teriyaki sauce for the big balls of rice lol. Gyoza taste good. Not funky, porky taste . The lady at the counter was cut & dry. Not suggestions, nada. Not rude just bland. When out this way I think we will opt for oshimo sushi around the corner from here. Better prices better taste also we are fond of their sushi rolls. The lunch special price here is equivalent to the normal everyday bento prices at oshimo.

Great lunch spot!!! Really good, clean food. The lunch items are between $ 8 – 10 but was enough to to share. The complementary miso soup was perfectly simple and savory. Huge menu selection with a lot of variety… I think we’ll have to go back to try some other options!

Pretty good food. I ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki, with a side order of gyoza. I didn’t realize how much food I would get, in the first place! I have plenty to take home now for tomorrows lunch. The only downside was the gyoza– I’m hoping it was due to me going there a half hour before closing, but the gyoza tasted kind of cardboard-y. But, well worth another visit to try something new!

Bento Time has excellent food specials and sushi selections. I’ve been going to this location since it opened and I have no complaints. The portions are very satisfying for the price and the quality is outstanding. Lunch or dinner, the service and quickness of the preparation make it a good stop during a busy day. You can also order take out. Their teriyaki offerings are very good and their bento combos are very tasty. The food is very traditional and so is their atrention. You get miso soup with some orders and table service at the dinning room.

I come here ever few weeks for the spicy chicken dish with my friend. The woman at the front isn’t particularly friendly, it almost feels like we are inconveniencing her. Or maybe she’s just tired. No prob! After ordering we visit a table with free tea, water and soups! Always grab tea and then wait for our meals. The spicy chicken comes with a salad and a healthy portion of delicious chicken on a bed of rice. The salty, sweet and spicy sauce is addictive!!! I wish that they would update the space a little. It looks kind of run-down. You can see boxes everywhere and feels cluttery. It’s very clean and sanitary though!

Finally found a place near work with a good Mongolian beef! I like the fact that the meat is deep/pan fried, giving a caramelized and crispy texture. Looking forward to trying their other offerings

Good but not the best. Portions are worth the price. Good sharing size but only comes with one scoop of rice. Got the Supreme Bento with General Tso’s chicken. I’m used to General Tso’s being spicy and theirs is not. Reminded me of orange chicken. Cali roll was good. Sunshine roll was good. Salad dressing was tangy and citrusy. Service was quick. Overall good experience and would go back if I was in the area but wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here.

In my opinion, you haven’t fully experienced the aerospace culture in the area until your coworker has gotten you in on a group lunch order of chicken teriyaki from this place. They never fail to deliver teriyaki that is still hot. The portions, if ordering the full, are ginormous(scientific term). The price is right — and I think you get even more than what you paid for. For starving engineers, this place is a godsend. Despite the great value, it’s simply not the best teriyaki I’ve had in the area. That may be due to my personal preference, and should not stop you from trying it out!

Just went there for the first time tonight. I was a little skeptical after reading the recent one and two star reviews. Upon closer inspection, those reviews were from people who rate fast food places like Wendys, McDonalds, and even Comcast(LMAO) or were just negative review trolls. I don’t know how anyone on Unilocal can take people like that seriously… so I didn’t and decided to go for it. I had the supreme bento that some other reviewers mentioned. It has a little bit of everything, pot stickers, katsu shrimp, spring roll, salad, California roll, chicken teriyaki, rice, and a choice of either Mongolian or General Tso’s. It was so much food I couldn’t even finish it all. I was honestly surprised by how great the food is. Even the sushi was completely fresh and crisp. The avocado was firm, the rice was fresh and had the right amount of bite & stick. Once my boyfriend saw how good the sushi was in my bento box he decided to try a Dragon roll. Although it didn’t look pretty it tasted amazing! The eel was cooked to perfection and the spicy mayo was the best I have had in the area. Everything was perfectly balanced. It blew my mind how great the sushi was in a little bento place in this tiny strip-mall. The best part to me is that nothing was greasy or tasted of MSG like the majority of other chinese & teriyaki places in Evertt. The only negative things I can nit-pick at was that the sauce the katsu comes with tastes like it’s made with white vinegar not rice wine vinegar(which makes it taste more sharp and tart rather then the mild /sweeter taste of rice wine). The wait for the food was a little bit longer then expected but they only had one cook in the back and lots of to-go orders going out constantly. They have complimentary soup and hot tea if you are eating in the restaurant(which we did) so it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We loved the hot tea but they were out of one of the soups(it was an hour or two from closing time). The staff was not very vocal but they seemed nice dropping off our food at the table and when we ordered. This is defiantly our new favorite teriyaki /bento /sushi place. You cant beat the price and the taste. We will be back soon :)

Very clean and nicely decorated restaurant. On the inside it didn’t appear to be a strip mall location. Comfortable noise level and the children present were so busy eating, they were really quiet! Fantastic Spicy Chicken #2. The regular portion was not that spicy(maybe a 3 of 5) but also included 2 mounds of white rice, salad with a delicious dressing and the large grilled chicken breast strips included onions and exceeded all my expectations! Her regular #1 had the same generous portions without the extra heat or onions. We both enjoyed the complimentary Meso soup and tea. Watched the big screen TV and savored a great dinner meal at a reasonable price. Spent about $ 15 for 2. I appreciated the manager stopping by the table to verify our satisfaction too!
