Went in yesterday to pick up my battery for my laptop that I had ordered on Friday before I went on a business trip. So to say I needed it was an understatement. Well turns out the guy that ordered my battery ordered the wrong one, just switched some numbers around. It happens, but that meant I was laptop less for the week. Brett helped me every step of the way trying to fix the mishap, he ordered the right one and is even having it shipped to my hotel. The man has great customer service and handled me professionally. I appreciate all of his help, he is the sole reason my bad experience was turned to a great experience there, thanks again Brett!

Good selection and reasonably priced. The service is ok when you can find an employee. During my last visit there was one poor guy behind the counter trying to handle 3 – 4 people while a man was sitting in the office in plain sight, ignoring the people and doing something on his computer. Not good. But if you need an unusual battery, you’ll find it there.
