Arrow Pest Control

One of my tenants called me to let me know they thought there was an issue with rodents in the crawl space — obviously that needs to be resolved right away. Arrow Pest Control was able to work with me and schedule everything with my tenant. I asked that they take pictures of any issues (because I wanted to see evidence) and sure enough there was a significant problem. The best part — Arrow remedied the issue right away. I haven’t had any more calls from my tenant regarding the issue — and my tenant let me know that Arrow was really easy to work with and a good company. It’s great knowing that a company like Arrow is around to help — this issue really could have cost a lot of money for me. They didn’t try to sell me any services that I didn’t need and took care of the problem fast.
It’s been a few months since we used Arrow Pest Control and I have to say what a relief it is that all the issues with a rat problem have been resolved. The work that I had done was on a rental property that I have in Washington. Needless to say I was really concerned that the costs would be very high and I would end up paying for services I didn’t really need. Arrow really did a great job though — and I really felt comfortable using their services.
The only issue was it took a little longer than I would hope to install new insulation in the crawl space that was contaminated by rat feces and urine. Other than that they would be a 5 star. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest control services.

I called to get some help with a bug problem in my car. I spoke with Michelle and she was super nice and helpful. She gave me information and then told me that she would have someone call me to give me more details on my problem and how they could help. About 15 minutes later Roger called me and helped me with my problem. He gave me solutions that I could do on my own. I loved that he knew what he was doing and didn’t immediately suggest spending money to solve my problem! Super helpful and friendly! I will be using them from now on!

I thought I had made a great decision to hire Arrow for pest control and insulation placement but in the end it was a huge mistake. Shoddy service and terrible communication from the offices. Estimators leaving the company made the experience a total mess.
