Tried to use the service but had them leave when the serviceman came in and immediately tried to upsell me service that was an additional $ 50/​room. Not at all impressed with this scam service. They sell you a low rate over the phone and try to scare you into buying more service. Look elsewhere!!!

After an accidental water overflow in our upstairs toilet on a long weekend we gave these guys a call. Service was super prompt. They arrived on time & explained to us the whole process. They took care of the situation & did a very good job. They even helped us find a contractor to do the restoration work. The cleaning crew was very efficient & helpful.

Hello, I own A Quality Plumber Inc. anytime we have a situation where water damage occurs from a plumbing leak inside of a customers home, we always recommend This company to call. They are very clean and professional at all types of remediation services.

After a recent unfortunate incident where an upstairs toilet overflowed, resulting in water damage to our ceiling below and part of a wall, we called our insurance company (who we trust and love!), and they referred us to Alpine, as a preferred «water mitigation» company. Prior to this event, I had never heard this term before and had no idea what it meant. In a nutshell, they dry up water in your walls, floors and ceiling, and get rid of mold if it’s present. And man, they did a swell job!
–they were prompt and always came over exactly when they said they would
–they were very conscientious of their work and monitored it throughout the week
–they miraculously managed to salvage our bathroom flooring (I thought for sure it’d have to be ripped up. But Alpine has specialized machines to draw out moisture from various surfaces and they were able to keep the flooring intact, against all expectation)
–they were very professional, at all times, and were careful not to dirty our home or damage any artwork or wall surfaces while carrying heavy equipment up and down our stairs
–they did exactly what they said they’d do, every step of the way
Most importantly, they managed to dry up everything: floors (and under floors), above the ceiling, in the walls. Amazing. This is a class-​A company.

I had a bad flood in my bathroom went into basement. This company did an awesome job of putting the area back into great shape and cleaning up a very big mess. They were on time and finished in a timely manner
