Schaum’s Pizzeria

Everything was awesome. Started with a Greek salad with balsamic vinaigrette. Very fresh. We split a Schaumboli and Hawaiian pizza. Both were fantastic. Loved the tangy sauce on the Schaumboli and the tiny ground sausage. We also loved the crust on the pizza. Service was great. Thank you!

We actually love the food at Schaum’s. We went before and after the owner/​name change and the food and beer was amazing. However, the servers since the owner change leave a lot to be desired. Long waits for drinks and if the owner and his family/​friends are there be prepared for him to get all of the attention of the servers. Not exactly their fault since I heard him demand a server to get him a phone charger before we were able to put our order in. The music is fun and the atmosphere is fun.
All of that probably could have been overlooked since the food is so delicious except for one really awful disgusting thing. The last time we were there, the owner’s daughter who usually hogs the corner booth with her phone and computer and friends and is really loud and disruptive to the paying customers trying to have dinner, brought her pet BIRD! Yes. A real live bird inside a restaurant where food was being served. I had to leave immediately. The owner and entire staff were sitting at the table with her and the bird or at least walking around it. Nobody seemed to think that was a problem. I did. I won’t be back.

Schaum’s is a great place for pizza! Alot of options! Thin, crispy crust that is always crunchy with each bite. Schaum’s has other great tasting items on the menu other than pizza.
The atmosphere is great. It is an awesome place to go hear live music and hang out with friends.
