Rude and unprofessional. Took my 2 year old and 11 year old to get pics and my 2 year old is less than cooperative. The only thing that would calm her was her daddy’s phone. I told the female holding the camera (refuse to call her a photographer considering I am betting this is just her «get my kids xmas that the state won’t buy for them») that I was ok with all her pics having the phone since that’s just who my daughter is. She then stated in a very condescending manner, I have to ask cause I’m not sure I’m allowed to have all 60 shots with a phone in them. She then came over with a very unfriendly manager to which I stated, this is my daughter and who she is. Is there a problem. The female with the camera turned and said, ummmmmm no its fine very hateful to which I said oh hell no! I’m taking my kids home. I have no hired a local photographer and we will see how a real photographer does. Did I mention I used to do photography? Yea…

Rediculously bad service.
We were looking around for video cameras thinking this whole experience was surely a prank.
Really poor experience too long to bore you with all the details but needless to say these guys have absolutely zero concept of customer service or customer satisfaction.
Totally unwilling to work with you in every aspect with regards to their packages, photo arrangements etc. incredibly rude, argumentative and confrontational.
Every customer in front of us ended with some kind of conflict.
After a considerable amount of time there, We ended up walking out with no pictures.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COST, SERIOUSLY!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!

NOT HAPPY !! I’m very disappointed at this facility. The kid taking our picture had no photography background (he told us). The other photographers kept coming in and helping him with posing the 2 adults ladies in the picture. I had a coupon I printed off their website. They wouldn’t honor the $ 14.99 but would give us the $ 19.99 special. And when they realized we were using a coupon, the girl checking us out was a complete B. I guess since we used a coupon they didn’t complete the cropping process of the picture. One a the ladies in the picture, the top of her head is too close to the edge of the photo.
