Someone needs to call the health inspector. This place is horribly unsanitary with swarms of flies inside the facility and outside the doors.
The staff are all kids and doesn’t seem to have gotten a solid training session before they started. I ordered a large sweet tea, large fries no salt and two 4 piece nuggets. I kid you not, they forgot my drink and after I drove away realized they only gave me one box of nuggets and gave me salted fries. Glad I’m only passing through but caution to others who come by unknowing with the premise of thinking all Golden Arches are the same

The worst McD’s i have ever visited.
Kept trying to give this place a chance, figuring it had to get better, but it never did. Order wrong often, food often far past the point of tossing, not sure how anyone could screw up such standard processed food so often, but the management at this location has figured out how to accomplish this repeatedly. Ate in recently and found the dining room in disgusting condition, had to ask for someone to wipe down a table in an empty dining room. Never again at this location.

If you are in a hurry don’t stop here. This is my halfway stop several times a year when I travel to St. Louis and each time the prep staff are disorganized and untimely; the wait for an order of fries is 15 minutes.

Not the fastest, friendliest, or most accurate, but since this is the closest one to our home, it is the one we go to most often. It does not have a Playplace which is upsetting to my son. If you go through the drive-thru, make sure you double check your order before pulling away.

This is near my home but I would rather go to any other McD’s in the area. Food is not up to par (over cooked, cold) and service has never been good despite at least two owners. Workers lack interest, training, & awareness of common service oriented attention to the customers.
Don’t stop here but go on up or down 41 for the next one!

McDonald’s isn’t bad here and there, but this location isn’t up to par. The food there isn’t always as good as other McDonald’s restaurants. Its not uncommon to get a hamburger patty that is too dry, or cheese that is cold. They really need to learn from other locations that provide much faster service. During lunchtime their line can get backed up so far it blocks traffic on Mount Pleasant Road! That tells me they need to pick up the pace! Perhaps they should add the 2^nd drive through order lane like some other locations?
I only gave it 2 stars because they usually get the order right.

Meh. It’s McDonalds. The longer I wait for fast food, the lower the grade of service. Two stars for the pseudo food being hot.
