Worst experience ever at a McDonald’s. Ordered the 20 piece chicken nugget meal, at 9:40 pm and didn’t receive my order until 10:01 pm. I understand that since they were making a new patch it would take a bit of time, but they didn’t start then until 10 minutes after I ordered. For those 10 minutes, the «kitchen» staff were horse playing and leaning over the the divider between the back counter and the food prep station. Also mind you, the manager was standing right there not saying a word. After she realized that I was still wanting after 10 minutes, is when she finally got on to them. It was to the point I told her I would rather just have a refund and she asked me to give her a couple more minutes, which I did. On top of waiting for 20 minutes, they put my order on a tray when it said on my receipt which he was reading «TO GO». Whoever owns this location, needs to seriously consider hiring new staff who actually want to work. That’s just my opinion and after tonight I will NOT be returning to this location again. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS BUT IT WON’T LET ME.

I wanted a few moments peace and a dose of caffeine after a long day at work. I came home to children who had built forts out of their bed mattresses and consequently lost the support slats that held up the bed, not even to mention there was no place to sit down as the couch cushions had been conscripted into the effort, so we went down to the local playplace at McDonald’s where I ordered the iced coffee. I got the plain white thing in the left of the first picture, with no coffee in it. Explaining sheepishly I really do need the caffeine and could they make it with coffee, I received the plain black over ice sans cream and sugar. They didn’t even care it wasn’t what I wanted. The last time I was there, a man rang up all the parts of the value meal separately. He wouldn’t even ask for a second opinion when I pointed out the two dollar price difference. He just told me that the price on the menu was wrong. There’s a Pizza Hut on Green River with a playplace, but I hate to buy a whole pizza when I just want a coffee. Actually that’s a lie. I never hate to buy a whole pizza.
