Salad World is a solid joint, especially on the west side. The menu has recently expanded. Lots of options including salads, wraps, potatoes, wings, etc.
I went with some friends, and we’re thinking about calling the police because we think the fries have crack sprinkled on them.
If I only could make one recommendation, it would be a wrap. Something with the garlic wrap and banana peppers.

This restaurant has moved to a great location next to UPS on Pearl Drive. They have a very nice place now! Stopped for the first time for carryout and was amazed by their menu. Two homemade soups, all kinds and sizes of salads (all with romaine lettuce,) entrees of several kinds, wraps, and burgers. They serve beer and wine for people dining there. I got 2 Salmon and asparagus salads… freshly made asparagus and a large piece of salmon over an array of fresh vegetables, mushrooms, olives, peppers and more with balsamic dressing. I can’t wait to have it again but also want to try the other items. Guess I’ll have to go there 2 – 3 times/​week.
COME ON WESTSIDERS. WE COMPLAIN ABOUT NOT HAVING MORE (table service) RESTAURANTS. This is a real restaurant with great food. Don’t let it go to waste!

Here is another local place that has amazing food and great service. I had a salmon wrap with tomato basil dressing and asparagus with mozzarella on the side. The wrap was delicious because it was packed with feta cheese and basil. Pricing is far, considering the quality of food. I think the atmosphere could be improved. It was a little chilly and the space had somewhat of a cafeteria feel to it. I will eat here all the time, but mostly takeout. This Salad World, on the west side, is attached to a gas station so there is not a lot of parking. However, the food alone is worth the trip.
