Newly updated is the only plus I can say at the moment. We were placed on the third floor and the ice cooler for the whole building was directly across from our room. Very noisy. The corridor on the third floor was very hot. In our room the ac was left on full blast the whole time we were there and still didn’t bring the temperature down any. We went down to the desk to complain and the foreign attendee did nothing as far as fixing it nor switch us rooms. The room was clean, but the bed was hard. What is up with the mirrors all across the wall behind the bed? Truly looks like a two way mirror. Creepy! Across the room from the bed was yet again a normal mirror. What in the world!!! There was a window seat to sit on but no screen on our window, after all who wouldn’t want to fall down three stories! Bathroom was clean however the toilet stopped up in the first turd. Yeah you read that right. Called to desk and they wouldn’t bring a plunger up nor unclog it. Thankfully my boyfriend walked downstairs and got a plunger. Very dissatisfied. The breakfast was okay. Only waffles, gravy, and muffins.

It works for those needing to rest. Beyond that, this place is very lacking. There is no scald guard on the shower, have the burn to prove it. The tub backs up with water as you shower, gross. The filter in the climate control unit is torn and hasn’t been changed ever. The only snack machine on the premises is near empty and a staff member has to open it to retrieve your items, every time. Rooms are tiny and the outside of the building could use some work.

The place was literally falling down. If my husband and I had not been so tired from driving for 14 hours we may have considered driving a bit farther for accommodations, but this place was relatively cheap($ 55) and accepted pets. There was severe structural damage to the building, pubic hairs on our«clean» sheets, cigarette butts under the bed, the TV. barely worked and the steps to the second floor were caving in under our feet. This place should have been condemned a long time ago. There was caution tape blocking you from walking underneath crumbling portions of the building. Also, in spite of being pet friendly, they had a rather unsavory looking pit bull roaming the property(one of the owners pets.) I was in fear of it harming my little white floof ball dog. I’d have to say that was the worst $ 55 we have ever spent on a room. I’m surprised the place didn’t fall in on us/give us scabies.
