My mom has taught me over the years that there«ain’t nothin’ wrong with the Dollar Tree!» And, she’d be right. In fact, this was the very first Dollar Tree I’d ever been in, but we’ve since moved to Arizona where I’ve come to experience their other stores. I’ve also been to some in New Jersey and Tennessee. None were as cool as this one for one reason: it had a frozen food section! I know, I know. if this was impressive, I don’t know how I even MANAGE to get around things like Super Walmart. Anyways, I’ve seen freezers at 99 Cent Only stores in Arizona, but this Dollar Tree had name brand stuff(not things you’ve never heard of or probably wouldn’t eat). We were staying at a hotel and were only in town for three days, so we didn’t purchase any of it. Also, the store was amazingly clean for a Dollar Tree. One huge negative, so negative in fact that I took away two whole stars is that the cashier assumed, and then ASKED me if my 19 year old sister was my «kid.» Ha! I’m only 23 and was only 22 at the time. I looked at her like, «Have you gone outside your damn mind? Or do I need 8 kinds of plastic surgery to fix whatever old you’re seeing splattered all over my person?» Instead I said, «Uhm. No. She’s my sister.» In any event, I was able to get packaging and wrap for a baby shower present. Fun, fun.
